    Because of all the spam, I am considering switching to an email address not hosted by AOL.

  5. Make it do what the users want!! It absolutely sucks! Keeping my account *******

    I have been trying to close my account for ages and it seems that AOL wants to look good and fat, preventing one from doing so (through web or phone call impossible and disallowed!) They even did this for a deceased client of mine.

    The amount of Spam received even with all blocks set on high is Ridiculous!
    Absurd! Unfair! and Fraudulent if you ask me!

  6. Recovery of lost "Saved Email"

    I have been a subscriber of AOL since 1994. On October 30, 2025 I discovered that every "saved Email" on my master account "jjcshndrsn" and additional accounts, "buttnercreekhome", "hndrsn0221", "hndrsn0517", "deapilot", "usmc094418" and "gs13step10" was gone. I was shown no saved massage. AOL tech supporter "Roxy" was unable to recover anything. I am requesting support from any AOL technician to recover my missing "saved Email". James J. Henderson

  8. aol calendar is redirecting to week and not on month

    AOL Calendar is not showing up on the Month page right away. It redirects to week everytime we open the AOL Calendar. Please create an option to setup the screen page to Month.

    I have a Macbook pro, use safari 15.6.1. I can't comment on most articles even though there are comment boxes and I other people have posted comments. I can't see their comments and I can't comment because there is no place that I can click on that says ''comment.''

  14. Password change nightmare

    AOL service is getting verse. Even to change password it take 2 -3 days. I used to change password regularly for security purposes but now I have to talk to a representative and then you wait and on his mercy and after all he/she tell me you have to wait 24hrs. Even I called after 24hrs I still have to wait another 24 hrs. Simple password change is taking forever. Very frustrated. Seems like to time to move on......

  16. Spam

    Every day I get email in my spam folder from the same site, using different email accounts, but always from the same site (bronpat.rest, for example). Either don't deliver any email from that site (this is HUNDREDS I've had to delete) or let your filters work on the spam folder as well as my inbox. This is insane.

  20. Deleting email folders and inbox of users of more than 20 years

    I've had my account for over 20 years! And all my folders are gone now and I have no email whatsoever at all in my inbox?? How is this possible and is it legal to erase all my stuff like this? I had very important emails and info saved in this account in separate folders i created just for that reason and now theyre all gone! That should definitely stay in place and not be deleted or whatever has been done to my account. this is wrong on so many levels! the stuff lost now is probably gone and whats…
