11. Increase the limit of emails I can send

    I belong to an organization that receives and sends a lot information. I use Outlook and email merge to reach out to members quickly I should not be limited to 20 every 1 or 2 hours. I feel that my free speech is being censored and limited.

    don't know why i can't see comment or leave one myself. no warning or message as to why. or is it only people who you consider 'conservatives' need to be censored for just about anything they say, well, buckos, you have no right to stifle free speech or make assumptions as to which 'side' they are associated with. fyi, many, many democrats are extremely unhappy with the way things are going so i guess you make the assumption that they are also conservatives and restrict free speech for them also? at least give us an idea of what was said. i have written a couple of posts where it was 'red boxed' mainly because i used the initials for the other word for bull feces. gee, i'm sorry if stating that i was mad at paying double for gas, experiencing slow shipping of items, major increase in food, (and at times, shortages of certain items), higher utility costs, etc. which happened, not because of putin, but biden as soon as he took office, of course company executives don't feel these because, well face it, they have millions and don't have to worry about us peasants and they only worry is whether or not the stocks they have interest in are doing well. hunters laptop is real, so where are your retractions for false information that you allowed to be posted? you are just more of this administrations 'do as we say, not as we do', so, how do you like this post? ban-able probably because we speak the truth!

18. Perhaps it's time to complain to the FCC about AOL's unnecessary censorship and lack of a mechanism for redress of censorship.

    I have been a member of AOL since 1991, when it was dial-up.
    Lately, it is clear that Far-Right elements are protected at the cost of everyone else.
    It is clear that my name--not just any comment-is the target of overbearing censorship.
    I will admit that I have transgressed against the Community Guidelines on a very few occasions; however, even--for a month now--when I have absolutely complied with the Guidelines, my posts are blocked.
    There is no method of redress, and I have called Customer Service to complain--only to be told that I need to log my issues on this forum--and being kept on hold by Customer Service for 30 or more minutes.
    There is no method by which someone whose name is obviously targeted for absolute censorship can find out exactly which comment(s) led to the censorship, or how to address the issue(s), or any kind of guidance pertaining to how to get a fair hearing about the issues or recision of censorship.
    I have reported AOL to the FCC repeatedly because this is a CLEAR violation of my freedom of speech.
    I fully intend to provide a transcript of this "idea" to the FCC in a continuation of my complaints against AOL.
    AOL: If you are going to act as the sole arbiter of censorship, you MUST provide a documented method of redress for people who are being censored. Anything less is yet another sign of the creeping fascism that threatens everything Americans hold dear.

    LOL, I called to see if I could switch off that brand new yellow highlighting bar which comes up on every incoming email on the list as you scroll down. Can I? Yes? No? Simple question.

    First question out of her mouth: "Do you use your emails for friends, commercial purposes, etc. etc.?"
    I snapped her right up:
    "WHAT does this have to do with a simple yellow highlighting of the list which is annoying me and which I'm asking if I can turn it on or off?"
