Prevent trolls and AOL employee's from using the comment section at the bottom of written articles
My IP address has been blocked for reporting abusive language and other things in the comment sections at the bottom of news articles. The AOL censors are not fail, they only block those who are Trump supporters and republicans in general.

I have been completely & totally censored by AOL for twenty five years. AOL has blamed this user for just as long. Calling AOL tech help does no good either. This needs to stop.

Change your customer service answering system
I had a horrible experience. I have been kicked off my email, and your customer service system isn't working. I know you have high call volume, and I had to wait about an hour each time I called tonight. But worse, when I was referred to a higher level of technical assistance, each time I was put on hold for that, eventually I got a message asking if I wanted to participate in a survey, and then disconnected. I was never able to reach the technical service that I needed. I was on the phone from 8:30 - midnight, and…

colors used in print should be checked for legibility especiallyh for red green blindness

Please fix pop email server
Will someone please fix the pop server for email. July 13 Thunderbird will not connect to your server. Nothing has changed on my end. It was working prior to date mentioned. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this issue.

Reevaluate your censorship policies
Your censorship has gone overboard. I have been censored for 2 days straight for no reason. Admittedly I have said some things and was censored for it rightly so but now I am being censored for everything regardless of what I say. I have even copied someone else's post and made it my own just to see if it would be censored and it was when the original was accepted.My question is why have I been targeted when others have posted far worse and was accepted?

The stories on the top of the home page are a blur, can you fix that?
Please fix the story boxes on the top of the homepage. Instead of being readable, the boxes are blank and appear to be flying past at great speeds.

Fix the comment section
You can't respond to people who respond to your own comments anymore. There's a bug that only allows you to see responses to a comment you made for about one second then it refreshes the comments. It's been this way for a few weeks now.

Total Censorship
I am on total censorship by AOL. This has been going on for twenty five YEARS.I have written two thousand feed backs only to have AOL blame this user. I love cupcakes has been censored for twenty five years.....there's no pictures or foul language. AOL actually ignores all my feed back by labeling them duplicates.......and I mean every single one. AOL has NEVER tried to fix this.....nor have they tried to contact me. The last time did contact AOL.......their tech help not only cursed me out.......they were flashing bells & *****' on my screen.......they also kept flashing middle fingers. AOL…

Back up your stories with facts
Story on Mormons was horrible. Very little truth to it. I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 65 years. Much of the story is so far from the truth. The should talk to active members of our church. Very disappointed in AOL for allowing this story without checking out the facts.

email pop server
Today, July 13, 2021 my mail program I use, Thunderbird, will not connect to the pop server. Are you having issues on your end? I can get my email directly through the web mail end. But Thunderbird will not work today.
