Please stop the left-wing bias in your featured "news" headlines.
I am extremely annoyed that every time I open AOL to check my email, I am confronted with your left-wing, anti-Trump, today "anti-ICE," news "headlines," reflecting the leftwing bias of your editorial staff. You never present objective, "both sides" of a story but always shape the news to fit your bias. Where is the headline about the young Chicago college student who was killed by an "Illegal" yes, "illegal" immigrant who was released despite committing crimes? Where are your stories about ICE protecting us as it captures criminals and terrorists seeking to enter our country? What about the success in…

Hate the format changes. Bring back Old Mail, Send button, Numbers of Sents, etc!
HELP. It's confusing and not something I'll like better when I "get used to it." At least offer an option to maintain the format that's worked so well for us and for so long. It wasn't broken, why fix it!?

Improve performance of the Ads shown on AOL pages by using image-only vs interactive videos - they are resource hogs
The interactive video ads are resource hogs and cause perpetual Wait messages or total non-response and page and computer lock-up. I need to constantly run the optimization utility to free up space or, when totally locked-up, force machine crash-type shut down of my computer and the reboot. This is not at all anything remotely close to being but user-friendly.

Deleted emails without my permission
Maybe AOL should warn an account holder through their back up email or phone on file before you delete years of emails and history. AOL Deleted all my old emails because I hadn't logged on in about year. There was no warning or anything. I had some very nostalgic emails that i can never get back now. At the very least you should have a way to recover your old emails for about a year after they delete everything without permission.

Bring back the old mailbox!
I do not like that my Inbox is both read mail and new mail mixed together. I want the former "old mail" box back. This is totally going to mess up my email routine and make things confusing. Since we use Aol for our business emails, this is really not ideal.

For those at AOL who changed the e-mail page, they should be FIRED! No one likes change, especially when it comes to links within the e-mai
I'm sure I won't be the only one who is irritated at what AOL has done to the e-mail page. I doubt you'll find anyone who was dissatisfied with the links within e-mail. As of today, March 26, 2026, your tech team decided to change the links. NOT a good thing to do. Change it back to the way it was!

Return the “old mail” box
Yesterday you removed the “old mail “ box and merged old mail with the inbox by date. VERY CONFUSING. Please return to w”old mail “ box. This was a very poor upgrade if that is how it was intended.

The new AOL format is annoying and frustrating. Another DEI employee is trying to prove their relevancy. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Restore the "Keep as New" button for emails.
In the top bar above the emails has been a "Keep as New" button. Today I do not find it, even after re-launching my browser. The other way to save something by selecting "More" and "Mark as Unread", is a waste of time.

Add email contact for AOL Cust Svc
Not about to wait on hold however long just to have someone with a foreign accent not understand me (hire people from AMERICA; it's in your name). Looked unsuccessfully to find a way to ask AOL by email or chat (ONLINE; also in your name) what this error message means when I try to block spammers; something about failed to add blocks. Can I get an answer now, and how to fix this? Seems like over 99 percent of my AOL email is spam. About to delete you guys due to this stonewalling of yours.
