1. Precious Moments Lost Forever due to AOL

   I am sharing this on behalf of my mother's account. I have signed into her account today. They wiped our entire email account of all history of emails due to inactivity of my Mother's account. We have been dealing with her Brain Cancer recovery and have not used her email. We have lost countless emails with pictures of memories, saved emails with messages from loved ones that have passed, and encouraging notes from her sent to myself and other loves ones that can't replicated due to her disability from her brain cancer. They are claiming they wiped it clean and cannot retrieve it, therefore memories lost forever. This is truly unforgiveable and I urge anyone to switch services. While I tell them this story-- they tell me I have to pay to speak to their support as that is a premium service. When you think they can't go lower they do.

    Please enlarge the typfont in your articles. The letters are too small and too light to read. The letters should be larger and darker. If older readers can't read the small type, what's the point of printing them?

14. Stop the "If you're seeing this, select Next" when users are signing in

    This is regarding logging into AOL. For the last week or so, when I'm signing in, I get something like, "If you're seeing this, select Next" after I've entered my email and password. It would disappear right away at first, but now I am having to select "Next." It's a stupid waste of time. It doesn't make any sense and is a bad idea. I had to select "next" twice to get into my account. Put it back the way it was. There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening except that someone at aol had another stupid idea.

18. Appeal process for comments that are based on real science. Get a real scientist to review not some MAGA idiot.

    I read a "science " piece today about sun exposure. The writer says that we should all be taking vitamin D. That has been debunked by real scientists analyzing real data. Second, they tell us right out that we should avoid sun exposure completely. The latest data says No to this concept. Just look at the data for MS. The more sun you get the lower the risk. Populations near the equator have virtually no MS while looking closer to the poles the risk rises dramatically. To block my comment and to deliver the truth was blocked and I appealed and got rejected. You are killing people and I will call you on it on every media that I can reach.     Bring the old format back until the NEW format offers the same mail folders..
    Otherwise I'll convert to gmail... they have saved mail folders, allow for adding new folders,etc within 1 week Ill leave gmail
