  2. I am getting f'd by AOL cancled NORD 2 months ago and still getting billed.

    2 months ago the AOL tech took NORD out of my system when we could not get the system to run correctly with it for some reason BUT today I again went in and manually stopped it and was told my account would still be good through April 20, 2025. I have never used it and it has NEVER worked

  4. You can improve AOL by making sure whenever I sign in, the correct account is assigned to me.

    Sometimes when I sign in, my account is under the name, "Vincent" but with a different set of numbers than my original account, therefore it shows I have never posted comments in a comment section, nor can I see other people's replies to comments I have posted under my correct account, and I know I have replies because it says I have replies in my notifications. You guys suck! This is happening more and more and I'm tired of your incompetence!

  5. email from senders in my address book is blocked

    email from a sender at @live.co.uk to a @compuserve.com email address does not arrive. I can send to them, they cannot reply. There is of course, it seems, NO WAY AT ALL of dealing with this. or of notifying you. This is a travesty of "service". Its past time public utility standards of behaviour applied.

  6. NEED BETTER WAYS FLOR EMAIL VERIFICATION

    If I have the CORRECT PASSWORD I shouldn't have to verify myself!! with that being said...TRY OFFERING MORE USER FRIENDLY WAYS such as A security question where the answer wouldn't change or time, such as "What city and state were you born in?"

    Good day:

    I have still not received a response from you in regards to your company honoring their commitment to give me a one time phone support for these issues. Please advise how I can get this done. The original case number on that was 24982171 but I have other case numbers as well including 24970862, 24971372, 25104327 and 25075028.

    I have some VERY SERIOUS CONCERNS with AOL since you changed your system a few weeks ago.

  9. Why has the block sender option been removed from the MORE tab in the email section ?

    why does AOL allow so much spam to collect unnecessarily.

    I use other email accounts with little to NO spam items in my account.

  12. Stop data breaches which took place after your most recent updates. All my data (certainly over the 25 allowed) was sent via email

    Since the AOL format changes, I sent a copy of a photo and then a copy of a scan to a recipient and the AOL system attached AOL OF MY PERSONAL DATA to the recipient. What a TERRIBLE breach of my privacy let alone the 25mg max you say you can send. This is a HORRIBLE BUG which needs to be fixed so this doe not happen to me again no to another user.     At least Musk is not handing out millions of Communist Chinese money to the President's son and other family members for no legitimate or productive purpose other than to gain access and influence while denying those facts. When Zuckerberg handed out millions to influence the 2020 election where were you? Spare us the holier than thou attitude.

    I had to go to another computer . I got my AOL home page but . Almost every page has scrambled words or they are blacked out . Now we are in our late 70's so its very hard for us to do a lot. We did have a friend help us with the change over . But how do I get the letters so I can read my E-mail? Thank you any help
