Since his first day in office you have been openly biased in your reporting. It is so obvious that it is comical. I could never believe anything published by AOL so I don't even open anything that is miscalled "News". AOL for me is only a email address that I have had for over 20 years and nothing more.

it appears the problem of no favorites/mail is affecting all customers. maybe could have been told it was an AOL software problem for every
Maybe the idiots and uncaring folks at Corporate could have had the decency , if not the smarts, to send an email to all customers, apologizing for incompetence, and assure us that they know what is happening, and that hopefully it will be fixed. Thanking us for our patience would not been a bad thing to do. If we knew what was happening, we wouldn't have had to go through HOURS with phone techs for no possible results.

Any chance of updating your daily horoscopes? 9/10 & 9/11 are the same.
Someone keeps forgetting to update the daily horoscopes. Like for 9/10 and for 9/11, both the same. On the weekends Satuday/Sunday, they are always the same.
