I need help. I entered my birthday incorrection 25 +/- years ago, and try to correct when I enabled two factor authentication. Cant do.
How can I get this MM/DD/YYYY corrected? AOL does not allow. A simple typo 25 years ago should not matter... I can change everything else... and provide passport, drivers license, Certificate, etc... and AOL doesnt have the technology to fix? It's a 10 minute fix max if you can track down the right person in I/T. It takes 4 months of management to do this though... Why so arcane?

Send rectangle is not in view and can’t be scrolled up
You show that someone replied to a comment I posted. I hit reply, get it takes me to the page their comments on, I hit reply on that page but it’s positioned so that the rectangle showing Send is not in view and it can’t be scrolled up.

STOP THE POP-INS
Please stop popping the "In the Know" videos into the timeline. After the last update they pop-in and I can't advance or go back to the previous headline. I don't like not having control over what I look at. If I care to see the videos I will click on them like I have always done. Thanks.

Fix the comments section for news stories.
The programmers for the comments section have screwed it up royally. First, when I tried to see a response to my comment by clicking on the response in my notifications, I got a message that my comment doesn't exist. A little later, I tried again. Instead of taking me to the article on AOL, it took me to the original article on NBC. My comments aren't on NBC's website, they are on AOL's website. How am I supposed to see responses to my comments on a website where my comment aren't? Put it back the way it was.

Accu Weather Problem
The first time I access Accu Weather each day the previous days forecast shows up in the new days spot. If I get off the site and return the new days forecast is in its' proper place. Also, the 10 day forecast repeatedly lists all 10 days as having the same low daily temperature. Not likely, and returning later varying lows will be listed. Please correct these problems.

What happened to the antivirus?
My AOL subscription used to include McCaffee antivirus, and LifeLock subscription, and a few other things. Now I see that if I want these two features, I have to pay $17/month. So is this on top of the $37 I'm already paying? What the heck am I getting for my $37???
