  1. Fix your comments section so people can open it and read. It goes to a blank page after being open about 30 seconds.

    A reader shouldn't have to post something in order to get the rest of the posts to open. As it is, the comments section is useless. It won't stay open to read and posts disappear. Then all the replies to people's posts won't open and the user is sent back to the original page, closed to posts, or to an all blank page. As a result. users of your site will be leaving in droves!

    Need to check system on Gin Rummy,. It shows the points that are to be added together BUT every so often it adds 31 points for a Gin instead of 25. Assuming a glitch.

  11. Ad about cheap car insurance for cars driven under 50 miles a day is false/misleading

    AOL should make an effort to avoid running false/misleading ads. There is currently an ad on AOL that says "[Name of state where AOL User Lives]: New Policy For Cars Driven Under 50 Miles/Day." It sounded like a scam so I did a quick check on Snopes, which confirmed this ad, and others like it, are at best, misleading. Illinois has not adopted any policy of the sort. AOL should not be engaging in any action that helps spread misinformation. I understand you get paid to run ads of this sort, but you should not willfully turn a blind eye…

    Why is it, when on my Mac using google to get to AOL online, I can only read the comments after the first three, after I post a comment? Did you folks plan this? Without my post, I can only see the first three. This wasn't the case a few weeks ago. What did you change? Please fix this. I don't always want to leave a comment.

  17. AOL needs to trouble shoot issues with email

    I am fed up with AOL. For the third time this year I have had to go to tech help to have all my saved mail restored after it randomly disappears. This has happened before in the past and most recently happened with my mom's account as well. The only way I can get my mail back is to pay AOL's "ransom" fee to be able to even communicate with an agent beyond the entry level customer service help line. As soon as I get all my mail back, I am sending it to a new account with a different…
