    You security is ridiculous!! Lost password requires 1. confirm email address 2. ridiculous length passcode 3. confirm phone # 4. enter another ridiculous length code. You think this is easy on a phone! Get with the current state of technology!!! Sounds like someone has over compensated for past failures......

  7. Hello. I'm getting used to the new email format. But I have an idea.

    Is there a way you could include a number up top of the screen that tells you how many emails you have in your inbox? Not just how many UNREAD emails, but how many emails altogether in your inbox. The old version used to have that and it was very helpful. It lets me know when I should start deleting emails. Could you think about it? Thanks!

    Simply identify the originator of the article in the teaser. Some sources AOL uses are unreliable and I click off immediately. But I still clicked on so stats show I read the article when I didn't.

  15. AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer

    Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
    has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
    Internet speed is 830 Mbps
    Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
    Also tried incognito browser, same issue
    Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow
    Unable to open AOL…
