  4. Ditch your new AOL Email version. Go back to the old way!

    This is the worst AOL email change. You can't move paragraphs by dragging and dropping into different paragraph. You can't choose fonts other than tiny, medium, large extra-large and HUGE. Are you kidding me? This isn't a dress size! We need various fonts like you had before. What happened to the font color options? They are nothing like the previous version. You should be fixing the amount of upload size. It's pretty wimpy. Also, it takes forever send a long email with attachments when other accounts like Gmail can handle it.

  5. Scrolling does not work on the new version for my Mac even with help from two techies.

    Second thing: This new version does not have a way to type a name and see the list of emails I sent to that person as the old version did.

  8. Type of ads

    I'm really getting tired of all the sexually oriented ads that are seemingly on my screen with increased frequency. Neither I (47 yr old female) nor my (80 yr old) mother appreciate it. We're the only people who use this computer. Apparently, ad preferences, privacy, etc., mean nothing.

  11. where is the old version of the home page? You changed it and there are things I cannot get to anymore.

    Quit changing things that don't need changing. Just because some programmer/designer is bored doesn't mean things need to change. Find a new project for it and leave the old stuff alone.

    AOL should ban stories subscribers can not read unless payment is made to the source of story. Local news headlines attract readers. What could is it if one can not read the story unless payment is required to newspaper telling the story.

  18. How about a class in how to set up your smart phone. I've had a plain phone for 15 years and have no idea how to set up a 'smart' phone.

    This should be under Tech!
    I have had a non-smart phone for 15 years and finally want to upgrade but I can't find basic information on how to set up a smart phone.
