  1. Why are videos automatically playing in the news stream? Just started this week. Interrupts streaming back

This interruption of the news stream is VERY irritating and pointless. It disrupts access to items. Stop it now!

  3. Please respect the multitude of feedback requests that you've received that are stressing the need for AOL to return to the previous format

Please respect the multitude of Feedback Requests that you've received that are stressing the need for AOL to return to the previous version of Email/Inbox format. The Yahoo Mail is horrible! Nothing Works, I can't even delete emails from my Inbox. Emails open but nothing/Delete Button doesn't work. Please stop wasting consumers time and return to the previous AOL email format.

  9. My account is hacked by a user named micv22 and AOL will not allow me to delete the compromised social media account.

This is an unacceptable breach of security. Why would the hacker prevent me from deleting a compromised account?

Please investigate the details relating to user micv22 while I report this to government authorities, and we can discuss this when you are available.

In any event, I want to delete this account and understand your rationale for allowing the hacker to determine AOL user security.

  13. Why should we have to pay for what has been free for YEARS??? Tech support is snotty and wants us to pay for help-

I call for help- they tell me I have to pay for something that's been free since day one- over 30 years (a guess) --- tech support says pay or no help- .

  14. Send me back to the old AOL system, new one is not compatible to old people

I find the new AOL system not compatible to older people. I am 93 and have had nothing but problems since you changed the system, I have been able to get BBC messages sent out. Before the change it was
very simple. You added a item I would never use, Subscriptions. It is confusing to me.

  16. You Just Don't Get It

The more lies, half truths, and Democratic propaganda, you print, the more people realize what one sided baloney you print. Keep it up. You are handing Trump the election because people are finally getting fed up with your one sided views and support for senile old fool Biden.
