    You posted a news item that paints the January 6th protest as racist. You and everyone you represent is completely biased and you intend to foment hatred. The protests were purely against a questionable election. Get some reporters and not Marxists in your news feed.

  8. AOL Desktop Gold Crashes After Signing In

    Whenever desktop gold is opened it runs fine then as soon as you login the program freezes and crashes. Windows 11 22H2 is the operating system I've had the same issue on Windows 10 22H2. Tried reinstalling the program several times and tried installing the beta releases. Tried renaming the AppData Local Folder for desktop gold. Tried removing antivirus to see if that affected it. Tried a speed test and it was normal. It has all updates applied it is currently on 11.0.4322.

  12. HORRIBLY SLOW - I go off to do other things while AOL is trying to catch up

    It takes several seconds to delete contents of the Spam or Trash folders. There's NO reason for this delay, and I'm considering a permanent forward to another email provider.

  14. I hate the new email. I can't get what I want after 30 yearsof enjoying it!

    Let us know how we can get our beloved basic email back the easy way you used to for the older customers like me who have been on AOL for 30 years or more. If the younger generation wants the new mail let them have it,but please don't take our basic email away from us 80 year olds.. ty

    Too many ads placed in the news section that make it difficult sort out what is real news and not advertisements.

    Suggestions: Eliminate those that are not real news or minimize Ads, or limit the Ads in every page for Aol.com domain.

    Can you please FIX your APP PASSWORD GENERATOR?

    At a minimum, can you provide an explanation and possible date to your website, as to when this VERY IMPORTANT issue will be resolved and available to your users. I am dead in the water with my new laptop as far as using Outlook 2021.

  20. I receive instructions to select my account. Which I think I did. Then it says scroll down to My Account. It is not there.

    I cannot believe the problem I am having to subscribe! I receive msgs that my password needs to be verified, but has no link to how to do it.
