  1. simpler way in inform you of card update.

    I have been trying to update my credit card, on my account, have spent 3 hrs. over 2 days. Been jumping though hoop after hoop. been with you for over 25 yrs., never had this problem in the past.

  5. The new mail platform is horrible. it is confusing and hard to navigate. continuous answers and replies are not in a good order. change it

    The new platform of mail is unacceptable. it is messy looking and hard to navigate. keep it simple in chronological order as it was before. I am disappointed that I pay premium and am aggravated every time I have to compose.

  13. Stop all OutBrain ads.

    Outbrain ads are so irritating and constantly popup. There is not a way to x out of them and give feedback like other companies. I blame AOL for allowing this company post these ugly ads. Most of these ads on outbrain are coming from foreign countries and no way to contact them.

  14. Comments to news articles are being deleted with minutes of posting. Why?

    I'd like to know why my comments are being deleted from AOL news comments. I have had AOL for a very long time!
    Do I have to "join" AOL to be able to comment on articles?

  16. screen is very busy and i would like the option to pick what's on it. AOL mail tab should have drop down tab to preview emails prior to open

    AOL screen very busy and doesn't give option to select what is on it. Also, need drop down tab on email tab to get initial overview of subject prior to opening.

  18. This new email format is terrible.

    The email format is bad. This space on the side, the seperate days, the trash can button on the far right, and if you click too fast to delete it opens the mail anyway. The old format was basic yes, but its email, not rocket science. keep it simple and dont mess with it.

    I live overseas. Your biometrics are blocked in Arab countries. You implement your biometrics without my permission and you block me from my aol account.

    Stop looking at the world through US eyes. Phone usage in the Arab world makes it difficult to call the US. USE ONLY EMAIL ACCOUNTS FOR BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION.

    Stop hiring milennials who have never traveled further than a school bus ride.
