On "Walt Disney’s granddaughter denounces animatronic tribute as ‘robotic grampa’" article
When a comment says "is she old enough to know her grandfather?" and my response was "she was 9 or 10 when he died so I think she would have" whydoes that go against community standards? Why is my appeal automatically rejected? What was offensive about it? Yet in other comments people make comments like "tranny", "gay grampa" and these are ok? Then, when I try to get it dealt with, customer service has no way to help, and tech support says the only way is through here, on feedback. I would like a personal response as to why so…

The new mail page is awful. Please go back to the old mail or give us a choice!
The new mail listing is terrible! Please go back to the old format or give us a choice. Are you trying to chase paying customers away?

Old Format!
Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

As a paid member, one should not be seeing ads but do. Remove the ads and popups
As a paid member, one should not be seeing ads, but do. AOL gets remunerated by advertisers to post Ads, while paid subscribers also see Ads would seem a questionable business practice or conflict. AOL; define your paying consumer population and control by removing the ads and popups whether via your third party vendors or directly

Stop using AI for your comments section.
I've had many respectful comments rejected, with no way to appeal, while some other comments have managed to slip around your AI and be totally disrespectful and often off topic. Also, even though I'm logged in, I get a message that I need to log in to post. This goes back and forth a few times before I can actually comment.
Also, using AI to label your photos in news articles is ridiculous -- no way to know if "woman in white dress" is actually a photo of the woman in the article.2858th ranked
