Issues with account information
When i try updating the personal information on the account , the option to change the Preferred name is not available anymore even though it was available previously. I would recommend you bring that option back again. I have contacted AOL Customer Support about this and they asked me to submit a feedback.

Cut that **** out. I've been w you @#$ since the 1990s! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER EMAIL PROVIDERS that are not that stupid. I OFTEN DO NOT HAVE MY @#$% CELL NEAR ME - so I have to go get it TO SIGN IN?
Just... Stop. There are so many USEFUL AND EFFECTIVE things you could be doing to combat fraud - THIS is just some busy work more lent to give your customer a sense of "wow they are trying...!"

Get videos and photographs to start coming up on phone in Entertainment, Sports, Finance, Lifestyle, Politics, and News sections in lieu of only news articles. Stop having technical support telephone operators from cutting you off during phone call like four prior operators did forcing call-back five times. Fix AOL telephone recording to receive requested input of first three letters of your e-mail address in lieu of it not working forcing to tell human instead.

Smart features should not recognize spam emails as valid calendar invitations
I have been receiving emails recognized and categorized by AOL as spam which contain attached calendar invitations (.ics) and they are properly filed away forever in my spam folder.
But! these spam email events are added to my AOL calendar.
I have contacted support and opened up a case regarding the issue of the new "Smart features" after my discovery of this in the privacy dashboard.
"Use information from your emails to enable Smart Features so you can get the most out of your Yahoo experience: ... and suggested appointments to add to your calendar. ..."Attachments to emails located…

forwarded email has no links or html
