  2. AOL requires F5 to open.

    The AOL carousel will not open on any of my browsers when I'm done reading a story and return to the carousel unless I hit the F5 key repeatedly. It does this on 3 browsers and on Mozilla it won't open at all.

  7. aol app will not show up on dock; can't find in app store to restore

    I have had aol mail for over 30 years and now it will not show up when i open my mac with safari ... i cannot find it to open a new app or even get it to show up on my doc. why did it disappear and the only way i can get my mail is to go to bookmark favorites every time i open my computer

    Only get 5 worthless items instead of stories of interest I could scroll through---Another great idea by someone who doesn't use AOL or don't care??????????   10. Unable to enroll LifeLock

    I have been trying to enroll "LifeLock" under my benefits but have been unsuccessful. Each time, a message saying "We seem to have trouble processing your request. Please try again...." I reached out to AOL support several times and they haven't been able to solve this issue. Hope someone from AOL reads this and helps me solve this issue.

  11. Have customer service available to help with problems. I am on the verge of canceling my subscription.

    This is unacceptable. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes trying to get tech support. Given that I pay money for your service, you could cough up a little of it to hire adequate tech support staff!!!!!

    Hello, I am experiencing a persistent layout issue on the main AOL homepage. The news images and slideshow photos are displaying without any accompanying text captions or headlines. This makes it difficult to understand the context of the stories being featured.I have tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, but the pictures still appear blank without captions. Please look into this technical bug or alt-text misconfiguration on the homepage. Thank you.

    Once again, your IT people are cockin' around with the Comment section. And this morning, noticed that you even changed the amount of news articles customers can arrow through on the home page down to five. Every time someone tries to prove their worth, rather than switch things up, they ***** things up. Don't fix what ain't broken. Put things back the way they were. Yahoo's constant attempt to revamp AOL's existing format isn't working. The only result you'll see is customers dropping like flies.
