  11. Your delete all button needs to actually delete ALL. I have too many emails to scroll through them all.

    See above. Your delete all button needs to actually delete ALL emails. I have collected 247,000 emails over the past five years. Scrolling to delete them all will take hours. There has to be a better way. Also, you need to have it in settings where you can designate all emails older than one month or one week to delete. Then it would never get to be such a big problem. I know this can be done. You just need to write the code. This setting exists in gmail. You need to come up to speed and have this setting.…

    Just how many complaints does AOL require users to post on this Feedback Forum before someone in your IT Department decides it's worthy enough to do something about it? The only way you can currently circumvent your system is to click on your own posts and locate the article you responded to and click on that. Maybe, if you're lucky, it will open up another window where you can scroll down, hit "View Comments" and your post will appear (along with any likes, dislikes and/or replies.   16. Give tech support the tools to fix problems. All they do is say how sorry they are and they can't help,

    EVERY Comment, Reply to a comment, and Appeal that I make is Rejected. Appeals are rejected INSTANTANEOUSLY, so obviously they are not considered at all. I have NOT used ANY offensive language.
