Bring back Mail settings. Why can't I just pull up my contacts and click to add. Why can I no longer change the font size?

delete messages immediately
Your previous format deleted messages immediaely upon clicking "delete." With this new format, it takes sometimes more than 5 seconds to clear. WHY?

Old Format!
Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

This new set-up is hard to use. The contact list is broken up into some sort of groups. Put in a new contact 3 times and finally found it.
I do not like this new lay-out.

I want to go back to the classic AOL version. HELP! How do I do this? I absolutely HATE the new version!
Get Help personnel that don't have a strong accent so that the person calling for help can understand them.

Offer a fonts and varied print option which the new program does not have!!!!!
Please revert my email to the original and remove the new program. I am having many difficulties with this new program because it is not user friendly. This is an absolutely horrible program!!!
I tried composing a letter and the new program does not offer a fonts change or options to change the print!!! This was always available on the original format and is not anymore! The original AOL is an A+++ program. This new one? This is an F -! Please revert me back to the origina. Thank you!419th ranked -
Fix the comments section for news stories.
The programmers for the comments section have screwed it up royally. First, when I tried to see a response to my comment by clicking on the response in my notifications, I got a message that my comment doesn't exist. A little later, I tried again. Instead of taking me to the article on AOL, it took me to the original article on NBC. My comments aren't on NBC's website, they are on AOL's website. How am I supposed to see responses to my comments on a website where my comment aren't? Put it back the way it was.

Fix the new home page. During the scroll of daily news it jumps to unwanted messages and ads.
Daily news scroll jumps to unwanted messages and ads. User can"t control the news leads. Very annoying and may force me to look for a different service.

Accu Weather Problem
The first time I access Accu Weather each day the previous days forecast shows up in the new days spot. If I get off the site and return the new days forecast is in its' proper place. Also, the 10 day forecast repeatedly lists all 10 days as having the same low daily temperature. Not likely, and returning later varying lows will be listed. Please correct these problems.
