WHY IS AOL POLITICAL NEWS LEFT WING PROPAGANDA?
AOL news staff should be fair and impartial and should stop all the left wing propaganda. There is never any truthful news about how the democrat party disregards the border crisis, american citizen safety and security, allowing deadly drugs to enter the country causing thousands of deaths because of an insecure border, allowing minor children to mutilate their bodies in favor of trans gender transformation without parent consent, weaponizing the justice system to attack political opponents, out of control spending that is causing very dangerous inflation, directing the FBI to go after parents who speak out against school board officials…

I need update before I change services. Subscriber for many years. Now service in zip code 22209 has deteriorated significantly. May take 10-20 minutes for header to download and up to 30 minutes for message to download from server. Are you going to improve capacity to provide better service to your customers? Two-Factor Identification
Can you introduce a "Remember this Device" checkbox for logging in? Right now, your two-factor identification for logging in on the laptop requires me to get a code from my phone EVERY TIME I log in. This is excessive. I would like for AOL to remember my device so I don't have to do it again until my cache is cleared. Thanks.

Your email doesn't let you come back to the email you answer, so you can file it. It just disappears. Did anyone actually test/try this?
We need to be able to come back to an email we've just answered, or forwarded, so we can file it. Right now, it just disappears. You have to go get it in the old mail.

My comments keeps on getting rejected every time i post a comment. I have been experiencing this since November. I have already contacted AOL Tech support for thrice they did clear cache and cookies on my AOL Desktop Gold but it is still not working. They told me to leave a feedback and wait. Hoping for your response as soon as possible.

Technical issues with the audio/sound in the slots lounge
While playing slots in the Slots Lounge, the audio/sound stops playing after watching the ads to earn 300 reward points. This has been happening for at least the past 6 months. Not having the sound effects really takes away from playing slots. Just fix it please! Thank you.
