  6. Follow your own guidelines

    Why do you prevent me from commenting on an article for the stated reason that 'you have been blocked too many times'? My comments were within the posted guidelines but obviously were blocked by conservatives who do not want to acknowledge that Ashli Babbitt was part of an angry and violent mob at the time she was shot by a capitol police officer. I did not insult anyone in my comments nor did I violate any of your other guidelines. This is a matter of being rejected because other people did not like the truth I state4d in my comment.

  12. Problem receiving email developed about May 5

    I have an IPhone 10. Whenever I try to check my AOL mail, I get the following message:
    "Cannot get mail

    No Password for AOL

    Please go to Mail Account settings & enter a password"
    I have made no changes to the settings. The problem started about May 5th, 2021
    The AOL account is nealcarrif.

    The mail in my inbox, and in my non-profit institute's email, have either been going directly into Spam, Trash, or most recently, into Saved Mail.
    My entire inbox went to Saved Mail, and I thought the emails had disappeared. This is unacceptable, and AOL needs to fix it immediately.

    Notifications do not work. Clicking on them takes me nowhere. I've written over fifteen hundred feed backs only to be ignored by AOL. AOL has labeled every single feedback a duplicate.

  19. Screen your advertisers. I was ripped off by an ad that appeared on AOL'S front page. So disgusting.

    STOP advertising with "Surprise Shopping (and all the other companies under their umbrella). I ordered an item for $60 and got a $3 item in its place. No refund just a bunch of bull. They are so unethical and I'm sure AOL is aware.
