Recovering contacts
Tech and I spent 3 hrs last night trying to access my contact account. Had problems a few nights earlier and had to delete account etc.

I just went to AOL to find the headline "Did Biden buy the presidency?" referring to claims by "two GOP hopefuls." Really? Why are you posting rubbish like this? GOP "hopefuls" like these two are not a news source. they are a source for misinformation, vaccine lies, and racism, just to list some recent themes. You are just posting this to be sensational, thus adding to our national polarization. Stop adding to our national problems, and stop quoting the fringe elements, left or right, in our society, implying our election is unreliable, when there is no evidence.

Veracity, truth, integrity; does anyone know what those words mean? The laziness of your content writers is shameful. Not only fact checking but also grammar errors and spelling errors seem to be getting worse. It is not that difficult to proof read.

I have been working with 2 helpful front line technicians for over an hour & will now need to contact my ISP even though my ISP speed test is at a high & acceptable level. Why does it now take 3 clicks to log out? First the regular Sign Out button in the upper right, then a new left-side Logout menu item under my screen name, then an "Are you sure you want to sign out of your account?" menu.
