maybe reward class
Rather than muting those who don't deserve it with no recourse and ignoring the biggest offenders of decency, it might elevate the level of the games process, improving the whole situation by raising it's class level before someone gets treated so unfairly that the idea of class action becomes the only way to improve things.

I have been with AOL since 2000.... but its a pain nowadays....
you cant read an article because most of the time there is an ad in the middle of the page, on top of the writing.... what's this all about? stupid to just plaster your ads on top of a paragraph.... do you really think I will read the ad? *******... I just click off.... same as with the headline stories... once you get to page , I have to click 500 times to read a story.... are you people crazy... I wound sit there and click for every sentence... just abut had it with AOL .... and about to switch...…

Please make notification comments go to the original article AND to the comment. Very frustrating.
Why have you stopped previous comment that show up on notifications from going to the original articles? The majority won't take you to the article and if they do, they won't take you to the original comment. It used to. Please fix this problem. Thanks!

After the last year
You think that eliminating communication and company for those stuck at home without letting anyone whose words were misunderstood know why is a positive act. Very sad. None of us are beyond making errors. I was taught that communication and discussion was what made a society great. Maybe that would improve AOL.

You must be featuring false titles on your news stories just to get the reader's attention, but nobody likes a liar. Its disgusting to me that you have featured totally false news titles such as, "Worst airport in the world is in South Carolina"; Most dangerous bridge in the world is in South Carolina", South Carolina's College stadium is worst in country", on and on. Refine the inequitable muting policy
One individual should NEVER be able to censor and silence another with no review possible. It is inequitable, biased and does nothing but undermine what this country was based upon. It gives the bias to the lowest level of individuals. Especially when those complaining are usually saying things far worse and are never held accountable.

You can improve AOL by including hockey as a sport. Today, there was not word one on the sports sections about hockey.
Report on hockey. It's a legitimate sport. Right now, the Stanley Cup Playoffs are in progress. Is there some political issue involved or is this just ignorance?

Review of any mute on AOL Games
Unless there are reviews of totally unfair mutes AOL stands against what this country was based on. and for injustice., All the people I've played with know I have said nothing against policy and are continuing to try to chat with no response. And no enforcement of the most abusive... A lot of those muted are never told why they have been. The application blocks any words that are questionable. Automatically finding anyone guilty of something because one person disagrees will have everyone guilty.
