  3. I really loved the winter stationery. I might even go to use it throughout the year. The spring stationery does not have masculine options

    Please give a few more options that are not as feminine for the spring stationery. Also, I was looking for a patriotic theme today. Maybe, all AOL users are not in America. However, it is Memorial Day. Thank you so much. The IMs were useful in contacting people with a cell phone, since I do not have one.

    I live overseas. Your biometrics are blocked in Arab countries. You implement your biometrics without my permission and you block me from my aol account.

    Stop looking at the world through US eyes. Phone usage in the Arab world makes it difficult to call the US. USE ONLY EMAIL ACCOUNTS FOR BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION.

    Stop hiring milennials who have never traveled further than a school bus ride.

  5. Blocking Iphone AOL mail access under false pretenses -disregard for users medical and other emergencies

    May 26, 2025 AOL blocked my phone access under false pretenses endangering my medical and other emergencies. Although AOL claims I did too many attempts to access Iphone email, I did only 2 attemts (one incorrect typo and another correct). Yet based on this blatant lie, my access was blocked for 24 hrs? Is this racism do not like French, Turkish or Russian speaking customers? Is there a rule against having email on Iphone on the go and on a laptop for those which prefer larger screen? Any consideration for users needs?

  10. HEY AOL - why can't you respond to all the people that are having their comments blocked or rejected?

    I find it odd that all my comments on AOL have started to be rejected due to violating community guidelines regardless of what they say and how benign they are. I suspect it's a glitch with the censor bot but this is out of hand. I spoke with an AOL customer service rep who said they were unable to help. What does it take to get some help around here?

  13. Make logging in and out FAST.

    I tried to log out of my primary email to log into my secondary. I got a message that "this could take a few minutes" and waited somewhat impatiently for 10 minutes before closing AOL. You need to make this quick [like it USED to be]. Also, if I have my Passwords, I shouldn't have to mess around with 6 digit codes from you, since your message said to press 1 to get the code, but then not having it show up, but a repeat of the same message again. It's ABSURD

    I downloaded the update for the free app and I get one after the other of ads for sex partners. You should be ashamed of yourselves using this techniques for me to purchase the ad free version

  16. Move "Mark as Spam" location so cannot do so unintentionally

    I wish you'd move the "mark as spam" location on the app. It is right next to "mark as unread" in the app and I keep marking things as spam unintentionally. I try to hit "undo" but it never seems to help. I have one vendor with online products that I just can't but from anymore because of this.

  17. Get rid of Bogus ads such as Norton Renewal AD. Norton rep says it is not theirs!

    I always have an ad at the top of my in box. Currently, it is a Norton ad warning me that my subscription is expired and to renew immediately. When this ad appeared last month, I complained to Norton. The Norton rep says it is not theirs, and that they have complained to AOL without success. This ad is an obvious attempt to defraud AOL customers from their money! I called AOL support today and was told they do not control what is in the ads. If true, who does!??!

  20. Very Poor Customer Technician Service.

    My IPhone stopped receiving AOL mail so I asked an AOL Technician if he could fix the problem. He kept me on the phone for about 30 minutes and during that time he kept continuously attempting to sell me programs to prevent internet scams. I advised him the I am an 86 year old pensioner and I could not afford to pay for such programs. He then said that he would look into fixing my problem of not receiving aol emails and that he would call me back. He never fixed the problem and he never called me back. This…
