  4. Senior users

    I'm a senior citizen and often you ask me to take a picture of something and put in a passkey. I don't even know what that is. Keep it simple if you want to keep older members. Just require an ID and password.

    Been using aol email for decades. Now, I cannot my aol email to my new Samsung cell phone. No problem connecting my yahoo email account. AOL SUCKS!

    Discontinue Obscene Ads. This, I am sure, is in violation of some laws pertaining to ***********. These should not be shown openly, and continuously. I am going to research the law, and report any form of violations. The fact I called what is supposed to be customer support and got no help, but an excuse that these are paid ads, is outrageous.

    My account was hacked. The account was recovered but I am no longer able to log in on my Android phone. I've spent 90 minutes on the phone with tech support who was unable to fix the issue. Hellp.

  11. My comments are consistently rejected as well as any appeal for the last 4 years. I have emailed Mark Rowan CEO of Apollo Global Mgmt.

    Stop the unjust Censorship. Any comment I have favorable or not is rejected as well as my appeals for the last 4 years. I realize that AOL/Yahoo is a private entity but, the censorship is abundant. I have written to Mark Rowan CEO of Apollo Global Mgmt.owners of AOL/Yahoo and the National Coalition Against Censorship to voice my concerns.

  15. Abandoned AOL & never looked back

    I was basically addicted to AOL around age 13 and used AOL/AIM until I was about 19 (2004). One day I never signed in again and never looked back. Obviously I flinched because 20 years later I had a curiosity. I'm still good with letting it all go and never looking back. However, there's also an opportunity to get money out of me by letting me reactivate my old screen name and bringing back AIM (or similar capability inside Desktop). AIM/IM without access to my old screen name is pointless. I don't expect the buddy list to still be there.…

  20. Get an educated HUMAN to edit and post the FOOD section. Your AI is missing the I (Intelligence).

    Post recipes that are readable, accurate and easy to follow. The format now used too often is two words side by side scrolling down for too far to get to the end vs a normal typed line. The measurements and accuracy are also incorrect on some too often.
