  1. Enough with the automatic Harris ads everytime I E-mail.

    I am sick of the automatic ads for this offensive person every time I look at or send an E-mail. Please stop or at least offer an opt out!

    get rid of long ads--was just playing word game and during game had three 1 1/2 minute ads--opponent waited during first then forced pass on next two in close game, causing my loss. Frustrating and also waste of time when game is forfeited due to ads.

  4. Please bring the old AOL email format

    Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.

  17. I want my old format back. This qualifies for 'elder abuse' as not everyone wants change.
