Just go back to the old format. I seems every day there is another unneeded change.
Give us the option of keeping the old AOL email or going with the new format. Chances are that most users will opt to keep the old format which was easy to use with a better layout. Not everyone wants to change to what you feels is "better". We (the users) should have a voice as to what we feel is better and easier to use.

I frigging hate your new format., Especially when you go to the 5th, 10th,
15th article. You made it were you can't by pass the ad. I have used AOL since you all came out so many years ago, but I am truly thinking of finally moving past you guys. I am really tired of the negative comments about our President. I've never seen you have a positive thing to say about him.
Please stop bashing our President. I don't normally write anything in these columns but I'm really tired of never seeing anything on AOL of a positive ***** about President Trump. New Email Format is a Huge Step Backward -- it takes twice as long to do simple tasks!
What incredible lack of skill or empathy led to the new AOL web email interface that insists you "Apply" every action first before implementing ... eliminates the "Old Mail" folder so you can't find any already-read emails ... features a Search your email box function that no longer works at all ... and makes you go page by page to eliminate Deleted emails instead of in one fell swoop as was done previously?! Plus you can't even see the function options at top or bottom of the screen if you have larger fonts enabled -- you have to scroll up…

Inprove AOL News other then Trump being the headlines everyday.
Really, no other first news then Trump everyday. AOL should look and see what other news is out there. Fixated with only Trump. AOL there is another world out there besides only A Trump World. Poor news staff, don't know anything what is going on out there besides Trump. What about the Virus, or all the people getting killed out there. Wake up news staff or find a real job besides the Trump World headlines.

Seriously, WHY "always" the "NEXT PAGE" articles???
Here's an idea. Make it ONE article on ONE page, WITHOUT having to always go through a MILLION clicks to continue reading! I mean, seriously, why do you do that? Ad support? If so, put all the advertisers on the one page with the article. It can't be THAT hard. Put it as a moving ribbon across the top. It'll be a continuous ad with multiple advertisers and you can still stay on the same page without constantly having to WAIT to hit "next page" and possibly accidentally click on an ad that will DETER you from that product, in…

Why Doesn't AOL Actually Read Feedback?
I have literally never read a single positive thing about President Trump on AOL news headlines. There are a lot of feedback comments about AOL's liberal bias which they clearly aren't reading because it doesn't fit with their agenda. Absolutely revolting. Whatever happened to ethics in journalism?
