5. Technical issues within articles

6. Problem with Bell Icon Notification for Likes and/or Replies on News Article Comments

   There's been an ongoing issue, of late, with the Bell Icon notifications for "Likes" and/or "Replies" to comments made on AOL's news articles. The number will momentarily appear above the icon, but when you click on it...NOTHING new (bold print) in the pop-up list of notifications. In order to discern what was said, had to go to account listings and GUESS at what article I commented on. Why, you ask? Because there's also a glitch with the word POSTED not appearing (which won't permit you to click & go automatically to your comment). Nor is there a pic or headline so you can search for the article, click on "See Comments" and scroll down to the one you wrote. Cannot tell you how ANNOYING, and time consuming, this is. AOL...considering your available Tech advised they are unable to fix the anomalies (I've reported them all separately), kindly move this report up the food-chain and FIX the problems, plural. Thank you.

9. New Email Format is a Huge Step Backward -- it takes twice as long to do simple tasks!

   What incredible lack of skill or empathy led to the new AOL web email interface that insists you "Apply" every action first before implementing ... eliminates the "Old Mail" folder so you can't find any already-read emails ... features a Search your email box function that no longer works at all ... and makes you go page by page to eliminate Deleted emails instead of in one fell swoop as was done previously?! Plus you can't even see the function options at top or bottom of the screen if you have larger fonts enabled -- you have to scroll up or down to see them, another huge time-waster! You really need to return to the old format, which was clean and efficient.

13. Inprove AOL News other then Trump being the headlines everyday.

    Really, no other first news then Trump everyday. AOL should look and see what other news is out there. Fixated with only Trump. AOL there is another world out there besides only A Trump World. Poor news staff, don't know anything what is going on out there besides Trump. What about the Virus, or all the people getting killed out there. Wake up news staff or find a real job besides the Trump World headlines.

14. bias news articles

    I am a long time customer of AOL. Approximately 30+ years. I have been pretty satisfied with AOL; however, I am lately, I am extremely disappointed in the news articles that have been running on the home page. There has been an extreme number of one sided articles and that to me is very disappointing. I am a person of fairness from the top to the bottom and back again and the articles that are running are extremely unfair. 99% of the articles that run are directly or indirectly bashing the President, the Republican Party and anyone who even shows the least little agreement with the President or the Republican Party. I am neither Republican nor Democrat so this is not because of my political affiliation. This is strictly due to the fact that I believe in being fair all the way down the line. The articles have bashed the President in everything he does and says and tries to do and anyone who is backing him or even slightly agrees with him. This is unfair and I am disgusted with AOL allowing this type of bias to continue. If someone does not like the President, whoever the President might be at the time, that is their prerogative; however, they should not be allowed to dominate AOL’s news page or push their BIAS views on to all of us. If AOL allow these articles to run, then AOL should be sure to balance it out with an article which shows the other side of the coin regarding the particular article. That is, of course, unless AOL is BIAS which means AOL is no better. I am quite tired of seeing the nasty, unfair, rhetoric which is being spewed all over the AOL home page. When AOL allows this unfair news to appear without any rebuttal or article to show the other side of the coin, AOL’s subscribers are only getting one side of the information. This does not give them the opportunity to judge, believe or draw their own conclusion based on all the information. This is an injustice to AOL’s subscribers and also shows AOL’s BIAS nature and their approval of such one sided tactics. If it does not change and soon, AOL will lose a long time subscriber. AOL is not the only home page news reporting option out there and I will definitely change. I will also make sure that I inform anyone I know, who is an AOL subscriber, how AOL allows the BIAS news articles to continue. I am not someone who will go away. I am someone who says what they mean and means what they say. AOL should be an unbiased news provider no matter AOL’s preference. Everyone has a right to their own opinion but no one has a right to push their political preferences onto anyone else.

15. Seriously, WHY "always" the "NEXT PAGE" articles???

    Here's an idea. Make it ONE article on ONE page, WITHOUT having to always go through a MILLION clicks to continue reading! I mean, seriously, why do you do that? Ad support? If so, put all the advertisers on the one page with the article. It can't be THAT hard. Put it as a moving ribbon across the top. It'll be a continuous ad with multiple advertisers and you can still stay on the same page without constantly having to WAIT to hit "next page" and possibly accidentally click on an ad that will DETER you from that product, in the first place -- because you're ****** that it happened. Come on guys! You can do this! It's not that hard. I remember when AOL USED to be awesome and didn't do **** like this. I've been a member since 1996. Stop making me feel ashamed I still use you!
