New email system
The new email system sucks! Took 30 minutes to find everything I needed to forward an email. In the old system I could have done in it 15 seconds. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

Make it easay to change password
We can't get in to one of our aol acc ounts. We tried the help service you charge for. They were useless. We still can't get in, why can't we just enter a new password without being charged for it? Maybe its time for change after over 40 years.

Just go back to the old format. I seems every day there is another unneeded change.
Give us the option of keeping the old AOL email or going with the new format. Chances are that most users will opt to keep the old format which was easy to use with a better layout. Not everyone wants to change to what you feels is "better". We (the users) should have a voice as to what we feel is better and easier to use.

Why can’t I sign in to post on news feed stories! I sign into PAID aol. Can get mail etc. but won’t allow posts on news stories! Fix it.
This is not acceptable. It happened once before, you said trouble with certain browsers. Now it has gone on all day. We pay for this. Get it fixed. Next step is attorney general consumer complaint!

I am logged in but cannot post comments. This has happened before what it is. One of the AOL moderators puts you in a timeout, because they don't agree with something you posted. It usually clears up within 24 hours. I will say this to AOL I understand but at least you should have the decency of telling us why we are banned temporarily it's an easy solution just email us tell us what post was so offending that we needed to be taken off for a while.

Russians and righties were getting mutilated so they fought back and shut out everybody but themselves. You ought to ban anybody with a Russian service address. They only post junk.

I am allowed to sign into AOL to check my mail but am not being allowed to make comments to express my ideas.

I am logged in, but when I go to news comments, I do not show as logged in and can't respond
Fix comments so people who are logged in to their aol accounts can comment.

Fewer news feed items from Fox "news"
Lately I am noticing more news feed items from Fox "news." These are sensationalized and I don't consider them news worthy at all. Most of the items covered could be considered fodder for tabloids. I will not be clicking on this drivel, nothing there to learn.

Aol App not working properly
When i try to connect into my AOL app on my samsung phone, Android 14, it's just spinning and spinning, the loading never ends. I called customer support and i was in a call for a hour and they could not fix it, they tried to uninstall the app, tried to connect through google chrome but nothing worked. Something needs to be done.

get rid of long ads--was just playing word game and during game had three 1 1/2 minute ads--opponent waited during first then forced pass
get rid of long ads--was just playing word game and during game had three 1 1/2 minute ads--opponent waited during first then forced pass on next two in close game, causing my loss. Frustrating and also waste of time when game is forfeited due to ads.

The ads over take articles
I use a laptop with Windows 10pro. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I am reading an AOL Today article an ad pops up to cover half of the article. I cannot move the ad or close it. Therefore I CANNOT read any article past the first paragraph. That is ridiculous. Do something about this!
