Return to original AOL format and system.
The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Returning to original AOL format would be a STEP UP.

On mail.aol.com-through the ''today on AOL'' option I have white gaps in between the news artcles that take a chunk from the screen, If I use the arrow to go from left to right or the opposite way all the news articles keep repeating and I get to a point where articles disapear all together. Ttried multiple trouble-shooting steps with AOL Canada but no real solution was found. I was advised to leave a feedback about this on-going issue. Improve performance of the Ads shown on AOL pages by using image-only vs interactive videos - they are resource hogs
The interactive video ads are resource hogs and cause perpetual Wait messages or total non-response and page and computer lock-up. I need to constantly run the optimization utility to free up space or, when totally locked-up, force machine crash-type shut down of my computer and the reboot. This is not at all anything remotely close to being but user-friendly.

Deleted emails without my permission
Maybe AOL should warn an account holder through their back up email or phone on file before you delete years of emails and history. AOL Deleted all my old emails because I hadn't logged on in about year. There was no warning or anything. I had some very nostalgic emails that i can never get back now. At the very least you should have a way to recover your old emails for about a year after they delete everything without permission.

I'm sure I won't be the only one who is irritated at what AOL has done to the e-mail page. I doubt you'll find anyone who was dissatisfied with the links within e-mail. As of today, March 26, 2026, your tech team decided to change the links. NOT a good thing to do. Change it back to the way it was!

Return to the previous inbox options, accidental deletion can leave the user in a bind. also where did my old mail go to, i need that back a

Restore the "Keep as New" button for emails.
In the top bar above the emails has been a "Keep as New" button. Today I do not find it, even after re-launching my browser. The other way to save something by selecting "More" and "Mark as Unread", is a waste of time.

Fix the article 'comment' problem.
It would appear that most comments / suggestions seem to revolve around being unable to read or make comments on articles. Is this on purpose? Inquiring minds want to know. If this continues, it will just reinforce an existing perception. AOL needs to fix this ASAP.

I am experiencing trouble opening my aol
When I try to log in, after six digit verification. the browser spins and does not open emails.. I have tried uninstallng AOL and turning off cell phone. NOTE: This issue is only on my Android and not my PC.

On the stationary...can you add more patriotic images...not sure why the red/white/blue went away.
There are those of us that would appreciate more red/white and blue patriotic stationary options. Not sure why especially in year 250 of the USA, options went away.

Stop incorporating Yahoo news pages when checking comments
EVERYONE REALIZES THAT YAHOO IS RUNNING AOL; BUT STOP INSERTING ITS PAGE(S) INTO THE EXISTING AOL FORMAT. WHEN TRYING TO VIEW LIKES OR REPLIES TO POSTS IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF A NEWS ARTICLE, WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE BELL ICON & THE RESPONSES, SOMETIMES RATHER THAN BRING UP YOUR POST, REPLIES, THUMBS UP &/OR DOWN...IT TRANSFERS YOU TO THE SAME STORY ON A YAHOO PAGE WITH DIFFERENT COMMENTS (SAYING YOU HAVE TO LOG IN).
