4. I use the Microsoft Office suite which uses Outlook for my email. I do not want your website for AOL as it has mostly advertisement

   Just allow your verizon email user to continue as they are with the verizon.net for my email. Thank you very much.

7. Password

   I recently changed my passwords for both of my AOL accounts but everytime I try logging in, it keeps taking me through the cycle of entering my old password and then my new password again. It does not accept me entering in the new password that I changed it to. Please have your development team look into this issue. This is annoying and now I wish I never changed my password. I should have ignored the request to get a stronger password if I knew your system was going to keep asking me to enter a new password every time I log in.

   As the mid-terms approach, the lies abound. Most of its pure propaganda coming the left media. Trump had the right to those documents in his possession. He DECLASSIFIED them. Obama has classified documents in his possession. Hillary had NO right to classified and Comey said no prosecutor would take that case.

   1/6 was NOT an insurrection. It was a riot by a few hundred disassociated individuals. Most of the protestors did NOT enter the Capitol and most were pleading with the rioters to not go in. The FBI was in the crowd. The Capitol police allowed many protestors in the Capitol. NO ONE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH INSURRECTION.

   Next, the lies and propaganda about the Covid jabs, Dr, Birx stated they knew it would NOT stop infection BUT promoted by Fauci, Biden, and Walensky as such. The next lie it was the pandemic of the vaccinated. Lie, Millions of breakthrough cases, The next lie you would get a milder case. 10s of thousands of fully vaccinated Americans have died.

   Finally, the jobs being created are for summer jobs, the elderly returning to work, and other Americans getting another job to pay for Biden's inflation.

15. AOL's censoring software is poorly conceived and executed

    I made the following comment, and it was outright rejected even though it did not violate TOS:

    "Erika4489, aol doesn't edit posts. They sometimes put them on hold and/or reject them. When a post says "(Edited)," it means the original author of the post did the editing. See those three dots to the right of your name? If you click on the three dots for one of your own comments, you can choose to edit or delete your comment. If you click on the three dots for someone else's post, you can choose to report the post or to mute the person."

    It was a helpful post for a person who doesn't understand aspects of the comments section. I thought maybe it was because I used her moniker or used the word "you" too many times. So I tried again and posted, "AOL doesn't edit posts. AOL sometimes puts comments on hold and/or rejects them. When a post says that it is edited, it means the original author did the editing. For one's own posts, selecting the three dots to the right of one's name will give the person the options to edit or delete the post. Clicking on the three dots for someone else's post will give the options to report the comment or mute the person." This post was also rejected outright.

    Neither of these comments violated TOS. They were nothing but helpful. There was no profanity, no identity attack, no hate speech, no spam, no false information, and no sexual activity. Now the person to whom I was responding will remain ignorant about how to edit or delete a comment or how to report someone's comment that DOES violate TOS.

    My suggestion is that aol explain why a comment was rejected and that aol add an option to a rejected post that allows the poster to object to the rejection so that it is reviewed by an actual person since your censoring software leaves a lot to be desired.

    I made the following comment, and it was outright rejected even though it did not violate TOS:

16. No Spacing Between Letters

    For approximately one week now, there have been no spaces between the words that I type when I respond with comments to articles in the news carousel on AOL. I use the space bar but the words appear right after each other with no spaces. This occurs on Mozilla Firefox browser. It does not occur on Microsoft Office or on websites other then AOL, it only appears in comments on AOL. Using another browser does not produce the error, the problem is with AOL and my Mozilla Firefox browser. Can you fix this? Can someone email me a solution?

19. When I'm on the AOL News Carousel and am typing a comment to a news article, the words do not space, they're all run together. Fix?

    When I'm typing a comment response to an article on the AOL news carousel, the words do not space. There are no spaces between words. It's not my keyboard and it doesn't happen on other websites or Microsoft Office, it's just America Online news carousel. This just started happening a week ago. Is there a fix?
