I just went to AOL to find the headline "Did Biden buy the presidency?" referring to claims by "two GOP hopefuls." Really? Why are you posting rubbish like this? GOP "hopefuls" like these two are not a news source. they are a source for misinformation, vaccine lies, and racism, just to list some recent themes. You are just posting this to be sensational, thus adding to our national polarization. Stop adding to our national problems, and stop quoting the fringe elements, left or right, in our society, implying our election is unreliable, when there is no evidence.

I am requesting that a problem I have been working on with AOL re not being able to comment be escalated at this time while I call my ISP.
I am requesting that a problem I have been working on with AOL re not being able to comment be escalated at this time while I call my ISP. I have been working with 2 helpful front line technicians for over an hour & will now need to contact my ISP even though my ISP speed test is at a high & acceptable level. Please escalate this while I contact my ISP to see if the problem is on AOL's end or my ISP's end. Thank you.

You can start by not hosting clickbait that'll cost AOL billions of dollars.
Right now, the opening screen of AOL features an Ad that says that the local Wal-Mart in my town is "closing immediately". That's a lie. I presume that the message delivered to my PC was tailored to name the Wal-Mart in my community, and that someone living a couple states away would find that the Wal-mart in his community was also "closing immediately" which would also be a lie. If I were Wal-Mart, i would have my attorneys working, this minute, on a complaint in Federal Court sounding in disparagement, interference with economic advantage and a host of other counts…

Offensive, inappropriate ads = stupid marketing
AOL's market research is completely useless. I get ads for products that a stupid, balding, middle-aged straight man might think he needs--but I am a woman with degrees from two prestigious institutions of higher education, retired, widowed, "old" and not buying any ****. But there is no way I can remove those ads. Ad revenue is the motor of all online portals, whether you pay for any of its services or not, but showing the user completely inappropriate ads is truly stupid.

Could you please make the picture and story match up on the News Feeds!!!!!
Everytime I look at the News on the front page, the picture and the story with it do not match. If I wait long enough, one of them will change, and for a split second they match -- then it happens all over again!
