  4. Real People who know what they are doing on the phone

    I was just told that my AOL mail wish is going to junk mail can not be fixed unless I pay 15$ month for technical services.
    HELP me. I have had Aol for ever Even when people laugh when I tell them I use AOL.

  5. when you can't answer your help line because of volume--offer to call back when a tech is availale

    I am SOO tired of waiting on the phone,( with horrible so-called music) for UP TO 45 minutes.

    I have done this on Sept. 10, Sept. 11, and again on Sept. 12.
    I have worked with 3 techs -ONE WAIT WAS 45 MINUTES.

    I worked with two techs,-- each for TWO AND ONE/HALF HOURS!!. they seemed to fix the problem which is, no favorites or bookmarks on the tool bar.
    I sign off, and then next time I sign on--SAME DAMNABLE PROBLEM!!!!!
    One tech said I would receive a phone call from a representative. That has not happened.

    AOL's choice to include advertising in the process of viewing email is both dumb and annoying. I'm so upset about waiting to retrieve my email that I completely block out the advertiser. Who wins under these circumstances?

    You seem to have disturbed a lot of children who are picking the flowers along the railroad track and don't know what a train looks like! Donald WAS a Democrat until they caught on to his game!! He even won some state office and refused it because it was "too much work"! He decided (or was directed) to become a Republican because HE said "Republicans will believe ANYTHING!" When there is much more negative than good to be said and witnessed about 70 yrs of a person's life, that person does not suddenly change for the better IN ANY MANNER…

  12. it appears the problem of no favorites/mail is affecting all customers. maybe could have been told it was an AOL software problem for every

    Maybe the idiots and uncaring folks at Corporate could have had the decency , if not the smarts, to send an email to all customers, apologizing for incompetence, and assure us that they know what is happening, and that hopefully it will be fixed. Thanking us for our patience would not been a bad thing to do. If we knew what was happening, we wouldn't have had to go through HOURS with phone techs for no possible results.
    GET WITH IT, AND FIX THE ----PROBLEM!

  14. Any chance of updating your daily horoscopes? 9/10 & 9/11 are the same.

    Someone keeps forgetting to update the daily horoscopes. Like for 9/10 and for 9/11, both the same. On the weekends Satuday/Sunday, they are always the same.

    She can "scorch the earth" as much as she wants, but that doesn't mean her book is true. The person who Trump was supposed to have used to cheat on SAT's has already been proven not to have met Trump until in college.     It seems like AOL employees or paid trolls who hate conservatives are the only ones who can comment before the AOL police deletes them.
