  1. Cannot Sign in to AOL COMMENTS

    PRIORITY:HIGH
    When I try to sign into AOL COMMENTS and make a comment it asks me to Sign in or Log in. Either way it goes back to the top of the news page and I have to start over and it just keeps repeating the same process. I can't post a comment on any of the news Stories... I can read other peoples comments. But, I can't post my thoughts! PLEEZE HELP!

  4. My posts in the comments are being eliminated, not rejected.

    Someone that monitors the posts in the comments of AOL is eliminating my posts, not rejecting them, for no good reason. I follow the Community Guidelines, but their decisions are arbitary and definitely biased.

  9. Be specific as to why our comments were rejected on news articles, give us a list of what words we cant use

    I've been rejected many times, I feel there may be words and or punctuation that triggers my rejections, I've seen many comments that were way more negative than mine, and the post was excepted.
    The rules AOL has published are open to interpretation, we do not think as a unit. Spell it out for us. apparently your censers or whatever program you are using to reject do not interpret the comments with equality.

  12. I am not sure if I am posting in the right place about placing a complaint about the aol boards

    Explain why in detail as to what the problem is and if a person fixes what he/she thinks is wrong ex I was messaged not accepted for putting s*** I didn 't know you couldn't use the first letter of the word and asterisk the rest so I appeal it and no explanation why you get appeal denied you people need to be more specific especially if a person does a long post and hits send only to be rejected let him/her copy the post so that they can fix the problem if you tell them exactly what the problem…

    Go back to old email version. I can't stand this new format. You have to go through multiple steps to embed a photo and I still haven't figured out how to add a new contact once they've sent me a message. Enough to make me go to gmail!

    At end of each news article there's a hyper link 'see comments'. When you click on that, it disappears and does not load comments. Please fix. Using latest version of Fire Fox and Win 10.
