  4. When asked to enter parts of my aol password but then tell me it’s wrong because I only added the missing part as advised. This happens alot

    Seriously? When you say do one thing then say it’s wrong? Are you a human or a computer? I think the latter. Use humans please!!!!!!!

  7. Return to the previous color scheme. I loved the plum, rust and teal colors! Now every account is plain black 😔

    I manage four different accounts on the app. For years, they have been rust, plum, teal and black. Now they’re all black. I really hate the lack of diversity in colors, and feel like I’ll be forgetting which account I’m on. Why did you do this???

    Using Fox as a source says a LOT about AOL corporate decision-makers, and what it says isn't good.

    Pandering to your most gullible readers isn't ethical, but it is revealing.

    Striving to become an untrusted media source is bad business, and bad for the country.

  15. The signature is not showing on any of by business email accounts when I’m using the app

    The signature section should match what I created in the signature section from the desktop. It should automatically coincide with signature and business logo.
    Does look professional when I reply to an email and signature, business info and logo are not included

    ALL YOU HAVE IS GARBAGE FULL OF MISINFORMATION FROM ALL ON YOUR NEWS FEED! FOX IS THE CLOSEST TO NOT BUT THEY ARE GOING AWAY FROM THEIR ROOTS, THAT IS BEING DONE BY THEIR OWNERS! YOU DONT PUT ON NEWSMAX AT ALL! I DECIDE TO LOOK CLOSER AND THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT THE MOCKERY OF THE LAST SUPPER AT THE OPEN OF THE OLYMICS ! WE ARE VERY TIRED OF THINGS OF THIS NATURE ESPECIALLY!   20. Use existing email AOL inbox

    I already have an AOL email inbox on my cell, so why are you not using that inbox?? It has been quite some time since I’ve received any email in that inbox. I’m not used to having to search for my emails. You should be making this easier, not harder. Thank you.
