  3. Ad’s marked as offensive or not relevant by me, should not keep showing up

    I am constantly marking ad’s as offensive, not relevant, etc., and yet they keep coming up. Why would you continue to force an advertisement on me that I do not want to see?? Because of this, I am slowly changing everything that I get in my AOL to other email addresses and will only use AOL for old emails I can’t afford to lose or transfer.

  5. Remove the deletion limit on the spam folder

    Allow the user to delete all mail in the folder. The 100 email limit is ridiculous given the amount of spam that is in my folder. I quickly scan the senders and subjects for items to be moved to my inbox. But now I can’t just click delete on everything else. What a pain!

  7. Return to original email format. I have to reload every time I look at another page, attaching photos is very confusing,

    I have used AOL since it came in tin boxes, This is the most difficult format to use and read. It is difficult to find and attach photos, determine new emails, locate other mailboxes,and delete into anything except trash. I do not like this version and May switch if this is not improved

  8. Relax on the obviously bias “news” stories… so much verifiably false propaganda.

    Would love to be able to block the news that is clearly spreading lies and doubt due to the bias of the company.

  9. Stop forcing news headline. Allow your customers a choice between getting mail on opening or seeing headline news (never good)

    I am sick of opening up my AOL to check my email and see some annoying news headline usually bad news and almost always political. If I want to read news I will seek it out. They should not be forced upon me when I’m just trying to check my email.

  11. Why would you change the default to news feed. This encourages me to go to another service!

    If your going to change the default to news as opposed to going straight to my inbox then make it easier to default back to my inbox. I don’t want to see the news on my email! Terrible decision!

  12. Please allow the user to choose to go directly to their email without going to news.

    The recent change to force users to look at news is upsetting to those of us who don’t wish to look at the news, which is mostly political in nature. Please at least give the option to look at mail first.
