It won’t let me sign in since I’m already signed in!! What a mess! Among other things I’m reading, I don’t want my email sorted by days / weeks. There’s no setting to turn this off.
When I open an email you have so much **** in the like ‘visit site’ that I can’t even see the text of my email on my iPhone 11 without scrolling?
When I delete SPAM, you ask if I want to ‘delete the conversation.’ IT’S NOT A CONVERSATION!!! IT’S SPAM!
Roll back immediately! This is worse than Microsoft’s disaster of Windows Vista!

My file folders are all out of order. I have to scroll and scroll to get to files that were at the front. Its a mess. Why did AOL think a change was needed? Either fix the issue or go back to the old system. It worked fine.

I don’t know who thought it was a genius idea to “update” things but you fudged up, big time. This version is awful....like so terrible I don’t even want to use AOL mail anymore...I loathe every last update that you did. You think you’re making it better and you ruined it...completely. It is no longer aesthetically pleasing, every single thing we were used to has changed and 90% of the functions are more difficult and require more button pushing etc than before...how is that “helpful” or a good idea??? Makes absolutely no sense. Whoever decided to change EVERYTHING should be fired. Please change it back before I open a new email with someone else who has a much more user friendly, efficient and aesthetically pleasing app. Thanks ??

Need to set up a beta test when changing email format the new format for the mobile app is very disturbing. I now will need to change email provider.

Email in the new version is terrible. It moves email to old email folder even if you want to keep it in new email and even if you select to mark it as unread

This new version sucks! I am with everyone on this feed! Bring back the old version ASAP.
Please allow us to make a choice of what works best for us. How the ****, can I at least have the actual date of when an email has been posted, not the.. 1day ago, 3days ago or 5 hours ago etc..This makes absolutely no sense!!!!!!! -

This website is a joke I have been with AOL since the 1980s and have been paying every month up till today. I am not getting my moneys worth. Pease put back the old format. I am 73 and too old for a new learning curve

I hate this new version! Where’s the rest of my mail? I want to see them in the order they come in, not what YOU think I want to see. I can’t even find my mail from last week. 😡😡😡
