    Hate new update. It keeps deleting emails that I am trying to save

    Safari can’t find my server so I can’t get my paper the Boston globe which I read every morning . I have to individually delete each rather than check off like before So my day is starting out not so good.

    Give me back the way my email pages were yesterday. I can’t find old mail, spam, trash, etc.

    Either have additional download for older version or have virtual swith to allow use of older format

    I much prefer older format. How about giving us a choice between formats with a virtual switch. Or allow us to download previous version.

    Put the geeks in the closet. The new app stinks. Change back before I have start a new emai provider.

    This new layout is causing me problems like I received a gift certificate and it jumps over trying to open it and goes right to how the server can use it. Also happens in another site also. The older vet worked fine

    The new AOL email platform may be more colorful but for me, is less functionally sound and less user friendly. There may be a high level IT dynamic which supported the change (of which I am unaware), but for this user, it is less functional, more problematic, and quite candidly, a major pain. If the intent was to push users to other platforms or methods of access, my guess is that you have succeeded.

    This is not only in convenient, it’s dangerous. Also, I am signed in and can’t vote. You all Republicans over there.

    I also have a problem with my folders like Donna Manson, only I have 3 different lists. I do not enjoy looking at my mail anymore as it is very time consuming and not as fast and simple.

    Go back to OLD version is simple, no need to discovery the wheel Montenegro

    Very user unfriendly. It was bad before now it’s much worse. Whoever pushed this update thru should be demoted.
