    Now it’s too difficult to find an email you haven’t read... It was a great feature to be able to bring account up to date. Need to be able to choose only unread messages to manage account better.

    Bring back the older ail version. I dislike this one and find it difficult to use. Help!!!!!!!

    In addition to getting rid of the visually intrusive avatars, please return to a white background.

    It’s much easier to scan black type on a light background.

    Today my email feed is new but not improved. I can no longer click a bubble on multiple emails I would like to delete. That was literally my favorite thing about the aol app.

    Mandatory feature to be able filter and just view unread or just flagged. I’ve had this address 25yrs and considering moving on if this is not restored...

    I also liked going through Safari to get my mail as it offered a broader range for me to read and clear my mail . The numbers were always showing. Now I have to press on the trash icon and the spam icon to even see what is there. This is way more work and time consuming than before...I may have to drop you AOL! Disappointed!!!

    What gave you done. This format is awful. I cannot access anything. Where have my emails gone. HELP!!!!!!

    Please put back the old version of the mail. Why did you try to fix something that was not broken? Now it is broken!!!!

    Everything was fine before this new change happened. It is taking me so much longer to clear and read my mail. This is very disappointing. It really would have been appreciated if you let us decide what we wanted. I want the old way back. Thank you.

    Go back to old version! This version is terrible. I am considering deleting aol in favor of gmail

    Don’t improve this piece of ****, go back to the old version which was a much better app. All you geniuses did was to copy Gmail which I hate to use.

    There are so many things to fix and make better. This is the update they chose to put out?!?! . It’s all about looks, but no substance.

    In fact this update is moving backwards. This version comes to us from Luddites.
