    I agree with alot written here. I had a block of important people which I used to mail in the bcc. 79 people I wrote to using one email address. Gone. It’s a nightmare.

    Can I get my old AOL account back, you caused a problem with my phone and I had to revert to this poor system. Just want it to work like it used to and the same as my PC. Thanks

    Totally agree about preferring the old version! I need to find some emails that are more than two weeks old. I left them in place so I could easily find them and now they’re just gone? What can I do to change this back?

    I can’t get my emails. The mail icon has disappeared! I have been using AOL since 1992

    Older version was better. I read/delete an email I want the option for the next to open!! Bad version AOL. I want to sort! Sign in on ONE page. Stop the extra screens.

    Horrible layout and it won’t work on my iPhone mail either keeps saying error, I downloaded this app to use instead but it’s worse

    I can’t figure out how to see email more than 7 days old? New app is uneasy on the eyes.

    I prefer the old email set up which is easy on the eye, the new set up is messy looking. The new layout shows you how many are unread but you can’t group them together which is very frustrating. I want to be able to see my unread emails together without having to search for them.

    Feel free to change how things look but don’t remove the practical features.

    Please return the A to Z and reverse sort feature so people can easily delete emails. I have to search each sender separately to get their emails or delete one by one. Sooooo awful. Please bring it back!!!!!
