    Old version was much more user friendly. I won’t repeat everything previous commenters mentioned, all though I do agree with most of them.

    I need to quickly access old emails without a two click process. Old...pull down box, select old emails. New...pull down box, select folders, select old emails.

    New email display format not as easy to see meaning of email as compared to old format. New colorful company logos take up most of the room instead of showing more of the previewed text. What’s waste. It seems that I waste more time now getting to the info I need or interacting with is updated version than I did before.

    Did the people making the current changes actually use AOL mail often, every day, prior to making the changes? Seems like someone “thought” these would be good changes but in reality they are not. Flashy but not user friendly. More clicks, less efficient. Maybe next time ask for suggestions from current users on how to improve your product, people who actually use it. My suggestion would have been “no improvement necessary at this time”.

    Do not like the new mail method at all! Please go back to the old way! Much faster and easier!

    New look sucks. Can’t check off what I want to keep or delete unless I check the top box and risk deleting everything

    Don’t like new version!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SAVED FOLDERS???? Can’t find my saved emails

    I can’t find anything! Emails disappear. Attachments vanish. AOL is back in the 90’s! SMH! We’ve been told to get rid of AOL because it’s old school. Never knew how much.
    Sad........I’ve been with AOL since 1.0

    I’m so confused. If you hit trash its gone. Too much back and forth.. I Need the old version.
