I prefer my emails the old version of what I had

This new layout is horrendous...I know it’s hard for people to accept change but just as we accept change once you go and do it again...I’ve spent the last week and many wasted hours trying to change settings because I can’t work with this new version...why AOL just why

Please bring back the ability to filter on unread emails.

Then new version of AOL mail is horrible. In a day and age when less clicks are always better, you’ve just made everything more cumbersome. Been considering switching to gmail for a while now and this might be the last straw for me.

Keep it the same. Too many bells and whistles. Makes it to confusing, especially we seniors.

Can’t add spam button for quick access. Since Verizon does little to block spam, I have to do it myself.
These app changes are change for the sake of change and has no useful purpose. Microsoft may get away with this stupid game but Verizon should not follow their ridiculous practices. -

What’s the point of flagging/starring an important email if I can’t sort for them? This new version is pretty awful.

I have been a long time user of AOL, sticking to it even though it’s the “uncool” email account. I have used the AOL app for years & found it very user friendly. I could access old emails easily, delete spam & mark messages as spam easily & not have messages sorted for me by days of the week. This new version is awful. It was released about a week ago & so far there are 23 pages of comments and not one comment has been complimentary. This is not an issue of people not wanting to accept change. The changes made have made it harder to find emails, harder to mark messages as spam & more difficult to empty the spam folder. In fact there is no option to just empty all the spam emails at once. Listen to your subscribers & give us the option to use the old format!

Please fix this **** IMMEDIATELY!!!! I’m merely one of thousands who HATE what you’ve done with the iOS app.
I really don’t want to have to switch from my AOL to Gmail or something else but this **** IS COMPLETELY NON-FUNCTIONAL, CONFUSING, FRUSTRATING, AND ALL AROUND IS A DISASTER!!!

I’m so glad I don’t have my iPhone set to automatically install app updates so I can still get my email on the previous AOL platform. The iPad just released is absolutely terrible.

I am finding mail that was from today that somehow popped up from nowhere and I see more mail when I go through Safari that I don’t see from the AOL app. It is like is has been hidden. And when I move a piece to a folder it seems to pop back up in my inbox again. And when I try of find a certain folder it will appear sometimes and then sometimes it will not be there. Please help!!!

When sorting/filtering by flag status was removed from mail.aol.com, you told me to access that feature in the AOL app. Now you’ve eliminated it there, as well. WHY? Why would you take useful features out of an app you want people to use? Please put back sorting/filtering flagged items.

I absolutely HATE this new version. I routinely save new mail for various reasons and am now finding that mail marked as new goes into my old mail folder. I have tried starring as well as marking the emails in my inbox as new and they still disappear from my inbox. Consequently, I need to keep checking both my new mail and old mail folders to ensure that nothing gets lost. Also, there is no easy way to move something from old to new, other than to forward it back to the new mail folder. This is hugely inconvenient.

It won’t let me sign in since I’m already signed in!! What a mess! Among other things I’m reading, I don’t want my email sorted by days / weeks. There’s no setting to turn this off.
When I open an email you have so much **** in the like ‘visit site’ that I can’t even see the text of my email on my iPhone 11 without scrolling?
When I delete SPAM, you ask if I want to ‘delete the conversation.’ IT’S NOT A CONVERSATION!!! IT’S SPAM!
Roll back immediately! This is worse than Microsoft’s disaster of Windows Vista!
