    you get a no preview on any attachment that come with emails on my Apple 12 phone - Yet on my I Mac desk top emails with attachments open up just fine?
    this is very very frustrating and pushes people to other email services like Gmail - Microsoft Outlook etc
    PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ! THANKS

    I can’t open attachments from the AOL ap. Tech support told me a solution to use safari and access AOL from there. It should be fixed within the AOL ap. Thanks

    Uninstalled and reinstalled the AOL APP . Error message : no preview available.

    What is going on with your emails?When I try to type in an email address the suggestions are all over the place nothing close to what is in history

    After the latest app update today (26th Jan) there has been a slight improvement in opening attachments. A pdf attachment will open but with a window on top of it saying “This attachment cannot be previewed”. Click on OK, the window disappears and you can read the document.
    When trying to open a DOCX attachment it does not open the document and a window “This attachment cannot be previewed”.
    Note: When I first opened the updated app today a new window opened with a button stating “Turn features on”, I pressed the button several times but nothing happens. Also there was a button “Learn more” which also did nothing.
    I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max with IOS 15.2.1

    Am having same problem. Cannot open .xls .doc .docx files. Maybe ppt as well. Was able to before.

    Aol is the worst! Attachments aren’t opening and they’re doing nothing to fix it. I’ve wasted 3 hours of my time with tech support. I spend $5 a month for tech support and get nothing for it. I’m switching my email provider. Maybe enough people will do that and put them out of business.

    Just updated to 15.2.1 and the pdf files are working....still nothing on the .doc and .docx files

    This is crazy! Fix this already…it’s been months and we STILL can’t open many attachments on our iPad and iPhones. So annoying and so ridiculous that you haven’t fixed it!

    It’s been months now that you have not fixed being able to open pdf attachments on iPhone or iPad. Please sack your it department who should have fixed this straight away! You should be embarrassed by this negligence to your customers!

    Why is it so difficult for AOL to resolve fundamental issues like not being able to open attachments of simple documents? This surely is elementary. Why do issues like this happen in the first place? Such a frustrating, antiquated system which should be completely overhauled, revamped and brought into the 21st century. Some hope! Paul Stevenson
