This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I also would like the old format back. This new format is confusing and difficult to use. I know you think it is better but I think not. I can only assume the people who think this is better should be fired. Keeping things as simple as possible is a good idea. Remember folks, it's just email. You read it, delete it or save it. Why the difficulty in seeing this. It is not an improvement.

    PLEASE CAN WE RETURN THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM. This is harder to look at and not as flexible as before.
    I've now lost my smiley faces and also the lovely backgrounds which I used quite a lot, especially as the seasons changed.
    WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT?

    This new system for emails is not working at all, please give me back he old format that was for all my years on aol, the was my request and still what you gave me si still not the original,, I do not care for the new system whatsoever

    I completely concur with what has been stated here by many. What Rita Puente states just below exactly reflects my sentiments. I LIKE THE ORIGINAL FORMAT. Give those of us, who have been using this for years, that choice! Or, for me, it is goodbye. The simplicity of AOL is what has kept me all these years. I absolutely hate formats like GMAIL.

    I agree with all the comments.

    The reason I have stayed with AOL, preferring it over Gmail, was the simplicity of its format, and the ability to decide whether I wanted the mail removed as trash or spam, marked as unread, or simply mark it as read to be retrieved when necessary. This new format is not offering me an improvement, quite the contrary, it is removing features that provided me with the tools necessary to remain organized.

    Another detail worth mentioning is the intrusive ad at the top of the mailbox, placed so that one might inadvertently click it providing traffic for the product being marketed. This is an intrusion I neither welcome nor appreciate!

    Please, stop trying to compete with other platforms and focus on serving the people that have remained loyal regardless of what others might offer. This change will backfire. You will not bring new users, and in turn, will lose your market!

    Be smart, give your users the format they prefer.

    Agree with many other comments - I do not like the font size that presents - it is tedious to have to save every email you read by drop down menu - Uugh. Time consuming. Can we have old process back. These changes are enough to consider another email provider. Please go back to prior platform look and feel.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Obviously, there are many, if not most people that do NOT want this awful platform. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!
