  2. I can't find my Old mail, or Recently deleted mail. Why did you do this? This is terrible.

    AOL, what idiot did you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to make AOL mail WORSE?! This is simply untenable. Can't find 'old mail,' can't change fonts, can't make a separate window for writing emails. The whole thing is completely USELESS! Please change it back to what it was before you RUINED it!

    Completely agree. This 'new' version is HORRID! Can't find old email, don't get a second window to write an email, tasteless fonts, stupid spacing. The thing is a COMPLETE DISASTER! Put back the old version!

    CAN'T CHANGE A FONT, CAN'T FIND MY OLD MAIL, CAN'T MAKE A SEPARATE WINDOW FOR WRITING EMAILS! THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE THINGS I POSITIVELY HATE ABOUT THIS NEW FORMAT. PLEASE, CHANGE IT BACK TO WHAT IT WAS! THIS IS HEINOUS!

    This new format is the absolute WORST. Inconvenient, and just plain STUPID. If you can't make a way to switch back to the old format, then I might be thinking of switching email servers because this is unacceptable, ESPECIALLY after forcing it on us without even asking.
