    Old Contacts had various fields for things like mailing/street address. The "support" person I spoke to about getting this information retrieved did not believe that was true. You put the fields there, I filled them in in good faith that I could use the data, I want the data back.

  4. Why can't I have all my emails forwarded automatically?

    Why can't I have all my emails forwarded automatically? I found your instructions but as expected they do not work. I can't even find some of your steps. AOL has been the most awful email experience ever.
    Your instructions:
    Login to your AOL inbox.
    Make sure your inbox view is set to Classic Mail. (You can change this by going to Settings, then pressing the box that says Switch to Classic Mail.) FYI, it's called BASIC MAIL. THERE IS NOTHING CALLED CLASSIC.
    Now, go to Settings. That works.
    Select General Settings in the left menu. LEFT(?) Again, NO GENERAL SETTINS…

  8. Scroll bar is missing for folders in Classic

    In the Classic version, the scroll bar is missing completely. I can't just drag and drop an email into a folder at the bottom of the page. We have a LOT of folders!

    I AM LIVID AT THE CHANGES TO AOL WITH THE HOME PAGE AND THE EMAIL... WHY ARE YOU RUINING IT AND MAKING IT LOOK LIKE YAHOO??? EVERYONE HATES YAHOO!!!! WHY NOT CHANGE YAHOO TO BE LIKE AOL???? AOL YOU ARE IDIOTS AND YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!

    In your CURRENT email "Settings" menu my email address is in a box that says: "1 of 50 used". How do I add another email address to the emaillist and where is the information on this in your "Help" section?

  17. Let us use the '*' when adding a blocked address for spam emails.

    Why doesn't using the '*' in blocked senders list work? I want to block everything to the left of the '@' in an address, but those addresses still get through. eg. I want to block any address in the @abcsender.com domain, but when I add *@abcsender.com, I still get emails from them.

    (( avec : surlignage, gras, italique, et toutes les fonctions d'une boite mail agréable à lire et composer. Quelle idée d'avoir tout supprimer , jusque pour cette horreur ... revenir vite version 2019 2020 2022 vite svp

  20. Signature file!

    I can't even create a signature file in this format. This is a nightmare. Please give the option to use the original format. Everything takes twice as long.
