cannot move saved mail to old mail
Please allow me to move Saved Mail to another folder. I just tried to move an email to the old mail folder and it won't let me. I cannot even move it to New Mail.
Also, PLEASE stop automatically opening new mail. It immediately gets sent to Old Mail and I miss critical emails.

Dear AOL
You must have unlimited server space since you make it difficult for users to delete their mail in batches. I sort by sender in my INBOX, i filter by Bed Bath and Beyond, check the all box, to find out its pulling my saved mail as well. WHY. I just want to delete what is in my inbox by sender only. Please place attachments on the top again. On emails that get multiple replies you have to scroll all the way down to find the attachments instead of being on the top showing the most recent sent like before the updated look. really annoying This is a copy of someone else's idea. The New Update on AOL is not functional !

Restore to Sent Box
I accidentally deleted an item from the sent folder and then found I could only restore it to either a dedicated folder or put it in the inbox (where it doesn't belong). I created a special folder, but it would have been nice to just be able to send it back from where it came from (the sent folder). The AOL Support team on X (formerly known as Twitter) says that it's working as intended.

Why Am I Being Forced To See A Grouped Email Inbox?
WHY am I only allowed to view my inbox in a grouped by day, week and month view? I just want one list, able to be sorted by newest on top, NO grouping, NO separations by time, day, week or month. I want to see the send-to email address NOT his cute alias
Used to be when I received email in my inbox I could not see the sender's email address--only his cute alias.
You have FIXED that--now I can see the sender's email address.
BUT--when I compose email and I enter the recipient's email address then THAT email address disappears and is replaced by the cute alias associated with that email address.

The new Mail format is worse than I thought
I cannot make the left hand column wide enough to see the entire description of my mail folders. When I change the title of a mail folder, I have to do it in the left hand column instead of having a new window open where I can make the changes. If I add too many letters and spaces to the field, I don't know until I save it and the field isn't updated. When a new window opened to make the change, it wouldn't allow me to use more spaces than was allowed.

The window on the right that shows the sender info is totally worthless. There seems to be no way to get rid if it.
Give an option to delete the sender info window from display and printing. It has little or no value added.

Are you seeping in more changes now--please stop!!
First you change AOL from something that worked to something bad. Now, a few months into this mess, I cannot access emails without getting a malfunction notice and "click here" directive. AOL pls stop--just stop. Everything you do makes it worse. Who are you? What are you?
