Provide support.
One account logs in & plays nicely w/ T-bird on desktop. The 2nd one doesn't work at all. Historically, both worked.
On new Samsung phone POP servers are refused connection to both AOL accounts.
Online support directed me to phone support. Phone support refused to assist unless I bought some subscription service. Just a crass upselling scheme.651st ranked -

want to be able to reply to an email and see the reply, reply all and forward text not only the icon on the bottom of the new AOL webmail, like the one on the basic mail

All of a sudden my aol email does not highlite or draw a red underline for my spelling like before. I even enabled my spellechelike before.
Even when I have enabled my spell check in my settings, I still have to remember and go spellcheck at the bottom of my email to correct them. Can't my word document influence my aol writing emails?

I really don't like the new font.
Unfortunately, the new font is what everyone seems to be changing to. Supposedly, "experts" say it is easier to read for everyone. This is not true. It is much harder to read and I hate it. It just seems to be more blurry to me. Please go back to the old font or have the option of being able to change fonts.

An Un-Do button
I wish there was an Un-do like a word document. There have been times when a mistake is made and the entire message is wiped out and no way recover. Then I have to start all over and try to remember everything. Un-necessary stress and concern.

So much spam have to select all and delete twice
So much spam I have to 'select all' and delete twice. AOL will do absolutely nothing about it and their blocking option stinks. Does not work on spam., Time to move to a decent mail platform that doesn't bombard you with spam, place spam in new mail and legitimate new mail in spam. Also, recurring calendar reminders not working as usual.

Notification bubble
How about not having the bubble pop up for notification of deletion,etc. pop up over the tab options and/or make the notification much shorter so that the bubble disappears and you can choose options from the tabs. ANNOYING !

Unable to delete an autofill email address from my Contacts even with AOL phone technical support...As all reasonable solutions were tried, a general system update may be necessary in case others are experiencing this as well.

remove the 10000 cap on junk mail block addresses
Junk mail option to DELETE AND Block sender WORKS !
Once I found it the Junk Mail Dramatically decreased! dramatically! Then it stopped working.
I finally figured it out- there is a 1000 limit on blocked junk mail addresses .
AOL finally solved its biggest issue with all who reject you . we all have other emails to avoid you - but you were on the block first so we keep it .
To use the feature with NEW JUNK MAIL > it requires deleting addresses previously deleted.

Pop up that shows an e-mail was deleted
When I select e-mails to be deleted, a box pops up on top saying I have selected X amount of e-mails to delete. In doing so, it blocks my "Delete" button so rather than just clicking "Delete" I have to X out the little pop up before I can actually delete it. Why does that pop up box come up blocking ones next options? That is a very poor design. That should either be removed completely (I don't need to be told how many items I selected to delete) or it should pop up on another portion of the screen…
