Loss Of Newsletters
I subscribe to a number of newsletters and they have not been showing up in my Inbox. There are two Newsletters in particular that I have received on Saturday that I have not received in at least 1 month. I have contacted the Newsletter publisher and they say they are being sent to my AOL email address. I checked my Spam list and the publisher's email are not amongst them. Why is AOL deleting them instead of passing them on to me?

fix what is making my computer slow, it's only with aol
Only when I use or check aol, my computer gets very slow. No other email or site gives me that problem.

Contacts Missing
My contact list has disappeared from my account. I have years of colleagues, family and friends I can no longer contact. Message says NO CONTACTS AVAILABLE. When I try to restore contacts, another message says, RESTORE NOT WORKING. TRY AGAIN LATER. Have called tech support twice in 3 days and had no solution.

deleted email not in recently deleted
I received an email from no.reply.alerts@chase.com on July 11. On July 13th I deleted the email.....but it is not in my recently deleted email folder. Why?

Font Size
In AOL settings YOUR email settings do NOT match what I have chosen. If I choose 14 pt text it becomes 10 pt, 18 pt becomes 14 pt. NO fixes or solutions exist.

switch accounts without signing out
Hi AOL, Been a user clear back from AOL dial up. Would love to switch between email accounts without having to sign out and back in. It worked on the old desktop. Any way to make it work on AOL.com/mail? I know it doesn't work that way now, but surely someone has a brainy way to make it happen ;-).

i want to filter incoming emails to get only from my contacts, the rest in junk
I want to setup a filter to get in the inbox emails only from my contacts and the rest to go to junk. I thought that there is an easy setting and not to add to the "filter" all my 100 contacts, one by one.

imap password
i find aol very irritable to find answers. I had this problem once before and recall it being a nightmare to find the answer.
I am following various threads to do this again for my outlook app on PC and every thread tells me to go to security - generate password but i cannot find it from the web browser.
AOL is the pits when it comes to simplicity.
is there an idiot picture guide of where to find this password generator? I cant find viewing through pc browser.924th ranked
