  5. I used to click on "MORE" at the top to get a drop down menu that said "delete and block." That "Delete and block" choice is no longer list

    I used to click on "MORE" at the top to get a drop down menu that said "delete and block." That "Delete and block" choice is no longer listed. It didn't seem to stop the spam, since apparently the spamers just changed a character or name and kept sending the same stuff since I kept getting the same spam email every day. Please allow us to block spam

  8. spam filter deciding to send legitimate emails to spam

    I run a flatpack building business and now I'm getting legitimate requests for work sent to my spam folder. Can't we just turn the thing off? Sick of this

  12. I see the spam add emails are back, after a short quiet break.

    I get 20-25 spam add emails per day from AOL. Blocking doesn't work, Filters don't work, all by design. ReportFraud.ftc.gov has been contacted about this, also a report has been filed at Internet Crime Complaint Center.

  20. Have Sender be one of the Sorting choices.

    Sometimes I can sort by sender and today I can't. What gives?
    I'm paying a LOT for AOL even though most everyone says I'm nuts for doing so, so THAT SHOULD be an option!
