  1. Have Sender be one of the Sorting choices.

    Sometimes I can sort by sender and today I can't. What gives?
    I'm paying a LOT for AOL even though most everyone says I'm nuts for doing so, so THAT SHOULD be an option!

  2. Content of Saved Emails Disappears

    The body content of saved emails disappears upon sending, even though the content displays at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive fault with the new AOL mail.

  3. Body of Saved Emails Disappearing Upon Sending

    The new AOL Mail continues to delete/remove the content of emails that have been saved before mailing when the email is sent. This occurs despite the body of the email displaying at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive process.

  4. I hate junk Mail! It makes me ignore my phone, because 9 times out 10 is a spam, sales, survey, SCAM, or telemarketer!

  7. bring back email address auto search when composing a message

    When i would compose a message and start typing an email address, it would search for existing addresses and I could select the one I want. This no longer happens.

    The ad halfway into my email list was annoying...THEN you added one at the TOP too because money is your goal, right (not the approval of your users). And NOW you obliterate a third of the entire viewing window with a HUGE strip of ads on the side!! How the **** am I supposed to view my emails in the 3inch wide strip that's left on my iPad screen?? This is the last straw - I've used AOL for DECADES but I'll be switching my main email account to your biggest competitor if…

  10. Stopping people from sending to 50 recipients in one day? Are you folks nuts? Instead of ******* us off and loosing business offer a new p

    Instead of loosing business, get a new plan so one can actually send to more than 50 recipients in a day. Been with you 38 years...but going to gmail as don't have negative returned mail syndrome from them

    I've installed a blocker on my wifi. EVERY time I log in to AOL I get messages that suspicious threats have been blocked. Stop the bots. Clean up AOL.

    I have noticed Astrology stories every day on the news feed. Stop presenting Astrology as if it is factual. Astrology is a Medieval belief and has no basis in fact.

    Each Astrology story should include a disclaimer that the story is for entertainment purposes only.

    I DO NOT WANT TO SEE AOL NEWS WITH MY EMAIL !!! IT TAKES UP 1/2 THE PAGE NOW, YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS !! I CANT READ THE EMAILS, NOW EVEN ENLARGED !! THE FORMAT YOH GUYS CAME UP WITH SUCKS!! & EVEN CHOOSING BASIC AOL--- SUCKS!! ACTUSLLY NO DIFFERENCE THAN THE NEWER VERSION-- OH, THE NEWER VERSION-- DOESNT EVEN GIVE YOU AN AREA TO LOG OUT!!   17. Totally STOP asking for two-factor authentication when logging on.

    Around mid-April, when logging on, AOL Mail started placing a telephone call and asking for the 6-digit code from the automated message. We turned off "two-factor authentication" in Security Settings, but it still happens. There needs to be a way to totally disable this behavior, so that only an e-mail address and password is needed.
