1. STOP ASKING FOR MORE VERIFICATION EVERYTIME I LOGIN

   SO MANY PEOPLE ARE REQUESTING THIS - WHY IS IT NOT SINKING IN?
   Not everybody logs in via the phone and I use the same P.C. the same browser, have not deleted cookies - so followed your help device. Yet i have no option to opt out of your 2FA - it's becoming annoying being used so widely.
   Useful for Banking etc
   
   Plus, if you have read a message once you don't want to see it every time.
   AS with Banking apps - implement an option where you can tick read.

2. Today 1 New Message Ad Your Inbox May Have Something Interesting Explore the latest dating trends...Annoying isn't?

   These ads that appear in my inbox aren't being transferred to SPAM where they belong. Not only are they a nuisance, but a waste of time on the part of the advertiser & AOL. Much like ROBOcalls, I will not respond to any of this drivel.

5. year of email does not show up no matter what browser or if use aols native one. show 9/2 and no year after it does not show 9/2/2026

   my screen date format changed last night and can not fix it tried to follow steps on internet and aol help page. The info to change it was on other paged that did not belong to aol but when i looked at aol also and none of the way were availble in new format the email changed to does not matter if i use firefox of aol email. the web page that pulls the information from the internet remains the same no matter which program i use it is saved per email and the date format does not show the year that the email belong to it only show the month and the date on the email not the year it was sent can not tell if the email is from last year or this year i have some emails i keep from chrismass last year and almost deleted the pictures along with the emails i use several computers so i do not want to clog up other people computers. just want to share the picture with them and cannot find the emails cause the year tag in the format is missing noticed it last night when i tried to share some pictures with a friend i was going to download them to a jump drive and bring them over to them and could not because I could not find them. your have no way to search for email of a certain date. all that displays next to the email is the month and the date the year part is missing from the format. wish it showed the date the way it was like 9/2/2026 all it show is the first 2 numbers 9/2 or says the email came from this month or this week or today. 10. Font size needs intermittent sizing as needed during composition of an email

    During the support session an attempt was made to adjust, on an as needed basis, the font size of any text message being composed in the email composition window. No matter what was tried, no matter the browser used, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, the enlargement of the font or the shrinking of the font to a smaller size, would not work. All other operations worked just fine, Bold, Italics, Underline, but the text size would remain the size that had been set as default for the web page itself. The Tech referred to the upper management and we tried again but to no avail. I was informed that it was needed that I compose this notification and submit it to AOL and try adjusting the font size some day in the future after AOL has a greater time limit to look into the matter. Thank you

11. Allow line ads to be deleted, keep line ads out that are actually trojan viruses

    AOL to prevent line ads on your user ends that are actually trojan viruses, this is aol's problem, not a user's problem to solve by buying add-free email for $8 per month. Just started with me.

13. Reinstate the previous email format.

    New AOL email version with Old Mail..New Mail feature is awkward.The sort by Sender feature is gone. The most recent previous format was perfectly fine and efficient. Why ruin a good thing?

17. Stationary. I miss the old stationary options. The offerings are now mostly for womwn, moms, and grandmas. I miss the guy stuff like cars,

    This is seriously ridiculous.
    I send an email, and AOL then flags my own email sent by me as unsafe, with no method of me to mark it as safe.
    Just why?
