  2. group email

    I love the new email especially as I discover more and more keyboard shortcuts.

    Search by sender works great but I would love to see a group by sender option which would just give the number of emails per sender and a delete option! Would allow me to clean up by inbox so much faster.

  5. Why Can I Not Get Into My Email Inbox

    Now Your New Look Locks Me Up On The News Page, I have My settings set to open my inbox when i open my email and Login To Go Strait To My Inbox and not the news page.
    WHY WHY WHY Is This New Setup Locking Me Out, when i click on email it open a new browser still stuck on the news page!!!!!

    I don't like the new one.
    It takes way too long to delete trash or spam.
    And I just don't like it. The Older Aol was working just fine!

  15. Talk to people first

    I have been charged for years for free email. I never had a conversation with anyone at any time about being charged. I was a FIOS customer keeping a free email account. If I hadn't closed the card I would have never known that I was being charged $41/mo for free email. You are supposed to notify people before dinging their account. I may sue.

    I can not put the junk mail I get and block it anymore and I get at least 20 to 30 spam email every day. I need you guys to block anything that goes into the spam folder.

  18. Who set a limit of only 1,000 spams that could be blocked?

    I know to view the raw message, do a search for the IP address, find the location and carrier and there is usually an "abuse" email which you can use to report the spammer. I believe I was up to almost 100 per day and I cut it down considerably. Now a huge site has been hacked with millions of emails and I was one of them. The spammers have been returning with many from fr which I believe is France. It is very time consuming to go through so many steps. Can't you do anything to help us? Thank…

  19. AOL MAIL KEEPS FREEZING! AOL IS TRYING TO LOAD VIDEOS DURING MAIL. IT'S CAUSING THE MAIL TO FREEZE. I HAVE TO RELOAD MAIL OVER AND OVER

    AOL is putting videos on mail that do not load properly. They cause mail to freeze. It is making AOL mail worthless. Please stop these awful videos.
