Printing order online with NEW AOL
GIVE A CHOICE TO STAY OUT OF THE "NEW EMAIL"!!
When printing an order online, I cannot get the whole sheet to print becuz
the right side New Mail, Read Mail, etc shows. So I get only half the

I do not like that AOL seemingly can change the layout without my permission. Am I correct that this is true? I like what I like, quit!
So, along with the annoying China based advertising, quit changing the layout format. Now the annoying ad's take up the top of the page each time I open up my email. So freaking annoying. Please stop. And no, I do not want to pay for "ad free" thank you very much.

The new email format is AWFUL. It doesn't leave enough space to respond to emails. You have to go way down the page to answer and It's hard to find the area where you can send a reply. Whoever designed this new format did a disservice to AOL users. If it's weren't such a hassle to change to another server I'd leave AOL. Its email is terrible. I don't know why you even changed it in the 1st place. It is very user unfriendly.

Not improving it would be just fine with me. I have to chose between a font I can't read and one that takes up half the screen. Just leave it alone!!!!

2 step verification
I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked…

AoL draft needs allow send, change, after recently sent several of same topic to same destination.
Need fix problem which stops changes, saving, or sending draft of same topic, to same destination of several recently sent. Seems system mistakes as already sent, although changed.

Its prety obviouse that AOL are not listening to their users.
Its pretty obvious that AOL are not listening to their users. The new format still sucks and the ads in our email are becoming more aggressive. You will notice that AOL totaly ignore direct critisism. AOL bring back the old format and keep your users happy, ignore them and you will lose your users.

Customer would like to have a new more spaces for contacts in order for them to have more room for contacts.
She has been a Premium member of AOL since its inception and uses if for her business. She has not switched providers. She believes that AOL can make an exception to the 1,000 contacts limit.
