AOL sign-in not working
AOL needs programmers, not coders, to debug the sign-in when one's notification account is at Yahoo. Got a dead lock. If you don't know what that is asked a member of the staff that "programmed" Tandem computers. Also check with an old timer that has a Netscape account that now requires AOL.
Some staff members must be eating the cookies, instead of maintaining them.

This new format is horrible. Everything is off. Please go back to old format. Why did you even change it?
Go back old format. If I wasn't so old, I'd change server. It just works badly. Please go back to the old way. Why did you change something that worked!! to a nonworking thing?

I tried to go back to the Classic AOL Mail and it will not let me stay there now. PLEASE return to old style.

INCREASE THE SIZE OF ATTACHMENTS
increasing the size of attachments is essential, 25 MB like the old AOL is not much.The size should be increased between 75-100 MB

Change it back!
You cannot make your version better. It is a mess. The old version is much more superior than this new one. Listen to your customers and put it back the way it was. People do not need any more stress in their life and this is causing everyone stress.

Tighten junk/spam settings.
Ever since AOL switched to the new format, I have been inundated junk/spam mail. My settings are up-to-date & current, so WHY is this happening?

EMAIL PROBLEM
WHEN FORWARDING MY EMAILS 8 VERTICAL LINES ARE SHOWING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE EMAIL SCREEN.

Allow a "back" button for mistakes
Many times, I have accidentally deleted an entire or a portion of a sentence while typing. Then, I would have to remember what it was I typed and retype it again. It would be nice to have an UNDO, REVERSE, or BACK button to bring back the portion of the sentence or sentences that were accidentally deleted by my clumsy fingers.
Please add an UNDO, REVERSE, or BACK button. This would be so helpful!

When are you going to sort this software out? Its got some decent features, but the implementation is a MESS
and PLEASE don't tell me to contact you on Twitter (its for twits) or Facebook (privacy violations) only. What a comment on the product and the management that you cannot use your own email.
and then (on 240620 ), are you aware that Sent items can be Moved to the Archive folder, using a set of keystrokes which is an error, but actually does something (ie, that is a design fault on its own?) but once in the Archive, it appears you CANNOT move them back to "Sent " . The option is not available. Dozy, just dozy. Careless testing.…

I've just spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Alex, who has been great! She tells me there is nothing that can be done!
When you "upgraded" the system last year, whenever I wanted to open an attachment to an email, that attachment had to be downloaded to my download files. BIG PROBLEM!! I now have HUNDREDS of files in my "Download" files I don't want, don't need, and can only delete ONE BY ONE. This is insane!!!! This change is a total DOWNGRADE and must be REVERSED as soon as possible!!!

I cannot copy and paste from Word documents properly in the new AOL format.
When I copy and paste from a Word document into the New AOL Mail it adds a carriage return, line feed to each of my carriage return line feeds and thus adds a bunch on white space throughout my documents, frequently turning a 3 page document into a 5 - 6 page document. This did not happen in the Old AOL Mail. When I save each document as a text document and then copy and paste from the text document the extra carriage return line feeds does not happen. Give us a choice in a drop down on how many emails we want to delete at a time in multiples of 20
I would like to be able to choose how many emails I want to delete . I think we should have a choice starting with 20 and selecting in multiples of 20. (40, 60, 80, 100-all.). I get hundreds of emails a week and most is junk, but I still need to scroll through all to make sure I don't delete something important. Please give us a choice. It would be an easy fix on your end.
